”The room was clean. I could see the hall light through the door jam. The neighbors were very noisy. Staff did not stock the breakfast station until asked. There is no elevator. I have a knee injury. This would have been nice to know when I reted the room. I wanted to swim. The pool was out of service during my stay. Over all I was disappointed.”

”Excellent potential the property has. small fixes can make it the best. Staff incredible . Room Service and condition of some of the chairs was disappointing and having no one answer your calls is unacceptable. There is no hot water provision in the room. the best part was the excellent staff who did everything to make it up, they waived certain fees as well as offered free breakfast (brilliant) . though the smoke from controlled fires from the city which was not their fault made breathing in...

”Lots of food under bed and furniture. Was charged extra charges but I don’t know what for. All taxes and fees were suppose to be included. I don’t like how when I asked for places with a conventional breakfast and it popped up on the search with my requested criteria and they did not have this service. The staff that came to help when my daughter got sick in the room was very helpful and very friendly. ”

”this is a rustic area where there is local access to the Pacific crest Trail. The day hiking to midnight Lake was fabulous.”

”The room was clean and quiet. The fridge had a small freezer as well. There was also a microwave. There was plenty of drawer space. The bed was comfortable. There were nice views and a trailhead on the property. Easy drive to Smith Rock State Park. ”

”Husband was awakened @ 3am then again later in am, plus again in afternoon, actually several times after that, by a high pitch whistling noise that came from the bathroom area. We did notify management, and they said notice was sent to the general manager. This noise ony seem to subside if you flushed the toilet ??? Outside pool could have been maintained better, lots of floating pine needles in it. The hot tub was hot but there was no obvious way to find where the controls were to turn on the...
