”Nice property and suite but check-in was 1.5 later than posted on Expedia. According to property, Check-in is at 4 pm and not guaranteed until 6 pm. Expedia did not add that info on their listing of the property - only that check-in was at 4 pm. We got there at 4:00 and our suite wasn’t ready until 5:30 pm.”

”I loved having laundry available and was able to eat pizza in our room with a table for 4. I didn't like that my reservation for a second day was not able to happen. It was for a different room and I forgot which day because my original reservation was done so early. It would of been nice if they could have confirmed the days when I first checked in. Overall it was my fault that it didn't happen and not the PInes at Sunriver. ”

”We liked the easy check-in, we were allowed to check in a little early when we arrived and staff was friendly and welcoming - the room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the breakfast both mornings we were there and the lady helping out in the breakfast room was very friendly and helpful.”

”we loved this place. They had the friendliest and most helpful staff. The room was perfect....roomy, great bed, nice bathroom and great shower. We found plenty to do including playing table games in the Fireside pub. The food was delish and well presented. We also finally made Tripsters on this stay and look forward to spending many more nights at McMenamins properties!!”
