”The property is lovely. Those who were working were kind. The toilet in our room was broken and ran every 17 minutes all night long. We told the desk and they left us a note that the toilet was fixed. However, upon entering the room we discovered that our room was not made up - probably because it was being serviced when the cleaning staff was in the area and it just got missed but, the toilet now ran every minute all night long, albeit, not as loud as the night before. We were also very short...

”View from the hotel overlooks the town. Dining was a little challenging by to get to via walking but the Mazatlan restaurant was just down the hill and it was delicious!”

”Friendly staff, good buffet breakfast, thick bath towels, comfortable bed. My only complaint is that they still have the old style air conditioner/heater which are really noisy. But the temperature was mild while we were there and we didn't need either.”

”Front desk staff were useless. No knowledge about wifi not working or even how to check out if they’re not there. No staffing before 7am. Mini fridge in lobby was locked 2 different days. As for the room, the overhead lights in the bathroom were burned out and mildew was growing on the ceiling. The air conditioner was super loud and needs a thorough maintenance. The room was superficially clean.”
