There are a few, relatively minor things that could be “finished up” with regards to upgrading the home but for our purpose as a group of guys on a hunting trip, it was what we were looking for. We had no problems, breakdowns etc. with anything on the property. It may not be a finely polished, perfect, new home but that’s not what it showed in the description. There were no real surprises. ”Sheets were fantastic. House needs a little work. The heat was good, hot water was good, coffee pot worked fine. The living room rug is bad, needs to be tossed. The on duty manger was very helpful with the lock. Would probably stay again if needed.”
