”While initially booking, I was super misled by the photos provided for a “double room”, thinking it was two rooms because the pictures depicted two different bed set ups, one with a sofa and one with an arm chair. Upon checking in, that was not the case, but as a family of four, we made it work with our small children. As we walked to the room, we noticed multiple “women of the night” loitering around. ”I did not use the spa. The room was clean but nothing spectacular for the price. I paid 70.00 a night for valet parking. There was a gentlemen at the front desk that I handed my credit card to and he placed it on the counter when returning it. The location was close to Broadway but not worth the price. ”

”Everything was wonderful the only thing I have to complain about is that the air conditioning wasn’t the best. It was hot most of the time even tho the thermostat said 65 it was still kinda hot to us. Even for a person that sleeps in the bed with a heated blanket she said it was hot. Other than that the place was amazing and the staff was amazing. ”

”I had to switch hotels and my arrival was way earlier than expected. They let me check in at 7:30am and this was so helpful because I could keep my lugguge in my room during my conference. All the staff was so kind. My room was calming & relaxing. I love the water dispenser in the room. ”

”Only thing that was a disappointment was that the pool was closed due to a remodel. An outdoor heated pool overlooking the city would have been nice”
