”Overall, the accommodations were OK. The rooms were small and dark, but clean. Check out was at 11 AM. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 8 AM, which was disappointing because we were hoping to sleep in a bit. We started to walk out to our car at 9 am, and the front desk clerk yelled down the hall and asked us if we were going to check out. We will not be staying here again.”

”I'm heavily pregnant right now so it would have been nice to not be placed on the top floor with no elevator. Didn't help that the top floor smelled like pee and we're guessing it was coming from the rollaway bed that was sitting at the top of the stairs for the top floor. The room we were staying had stains on the wall and some of the towels look preused. Breakfast was subpar as the biscuits were equivalent to rocks and the timers on the waffle irons were broken so they either came out burnt or...

According to the manager they expect guests to arrive after three and leave before eleven thereby avoiding the hottest part of the day. We booked for three nights months in advance and it would have been prudent of the management to inform us of this strategy and perhaps suggest that we rebook another room. ”The property was very clean and staff were pleasant. The room had no coffeemaker and I had to go get a cup I could use to heat tea water in the microwave. These were tiny issues and the hotel is probably the best in Ephraim.”
