Luksushotellit - Keskilaakso, Costa Rica

”Airbnb style with very nice owners. No air conditioning Rudimentary but okay for one night Don’t bother going down to the river full of mosquitoes. Not much to cook by your self ustensiles, toasters , pan, cup… Best is it the owner’s friendliness”

”Muy agradecido con todo el staff por su amabilidad y disposición para colaborar. La comida del restaurante deliciosa y de buenos precios. Zonas verdes con buen mantenimiento. Muy cerca de San José y el aeropuerto.”

”Great new hotel. Very clean and friendly staff. Will be back”

”Great for value place where the host even helped us park our car into their secure parking lot and helped us retrieve our car. Would have preferred if there was a code to get in so we didn't have to communicate our check in time. Appreciated the AC, common kitchen. We didn't know how to use the hot water but realized afterwards that there was hot water.”

”Wonderful property at the botanical gardens overlooking the San Jose city with nice walking trails. Tons of birds and butterflies. The on-site restaurant is top notch. I don’t need one, but rooms do not have televisions. Use caution if driving as the roads are steep and narrow. Cars and trucks often park in the road creating one lane there aren’t any sidewalks so people and dogs also share the roads so be mindful if driving.”

”Beautiful place, and I slept well. Friendly owner. Would recommend.”

”First the staff- immensely polite and helpful. Clean, elegant, detail oriented lobby, restaurant (s) and rooms. Very minimalist in design but everything is extremely well thought out and Marriott quality. Rooms were very quiet. Great rooftop bar and pool- minutes from the airport and whatever you do, don’t miss their 5 star breakfast buffet - it’s worth it! Also - close to modern mall to find anything you may have forgotten at home some great food trucks just outside, little market, pharmacy etc...

”We spent two nights in a boutique type hotel Volcanes. It was located in the very center of Alajuela. It’s a small family run hotel with a good friendly english speaking staff. Breakfast is served by your order and it certainly is fresh. Rooms are very tidy as all the public areas. You can find rooms for different price categories. We liked it very much. ”

”Great place! Friendly staff, tasty breakfast and fresh juice. I didn’t think it was too loud either!”
