”Nice facility. Friendly staff. Clean pool.
We had a problem with verifying the reservation we made 2 months before our stay. They checked us in by Name, not by confirmation code.
And ended up charging us again for the stay.
When we called them about it they said WE had double booked 2 months ago and one was charged for a no show. They could not credit the new charge only the one from 2 months ago. We paid $150 more.
Our confirmation code was the same for both mine and my husband's names....

”We stopped in Billings on a road trip, and the reason I stayed here is because the waterpark was supposedly included in the stay. There were pictures on the website of the water park, and my 5 children were so excited. What they don’t tell you is it’s not included, it actually costs $20 a person! That was really frustrating for me, because I felt I was tricked. The hotel was good, breakfast was pretty good, but I hoped it would have bacon. Also, I asked for a late checkout and first was told...
