”Beautiful hotel with tasteful details. The room was big and stylish and had a nice bath tub. The doorbell to get into hotel was at first tricky to find. The staff spoke some English but it is helpful to know some Spanish. It was easy to arrange airport transfer. ”

”This property is nice enough. Though the room was very small, we’re always out anyways. And thankfully they provided a fan, it gets a little warm the room doesn’t have AC. The property is very cute, staff are very helpful. Breakfast was good. I like that you could use the sister Hotel’s pool & gym although we didn’t have time to do it. The place is very quiet and very relaxing. I highly recommend this. Good value for money!”

”Original we were given a room for handicap then we asked to be switched rooms and we were put in a small room with no view other a wall . I felt like I was out in the dungeon . Previously had amazing room and beautiful view but this time I was disappointed .”

”We loved the colonial environment in the hotel. It was beautifully and tastefully decorated. But the rooms were a disappointment. We had asked for a King superior and were given a room with 2 queens. There was no coffee maker, microwave or fridge which one would expect in a hotel of this quality. We did appreciate the shuttle taking us to the airport and their variety of dining areas, especially the buffet. ”
