There are blinds on the window, but no blackout curtains. On the good side the pool and area around it was kept very clean.

Centrally located and a balcony overlooking Duval. Very comfortable bed and spacious room. I’ll definitely stay here again!

This was the WORST place I’ve EVER stayed at the lobby had no air the rooms were NOTHING like the pictures and the pool and hot tub were DISGUSTING!! I’d NEVER stay there again!!! Worst experience I’ve EVER had!! Spend the extra money to stay somewhere else!!!

Comforter was torn and in poor shape. Towel rack in bathroom fell off wall every time you hung a towel on it. Water pressure in shower was very poor.

Over priced for absolutely nothing to work and the staff knows it too. That’s why they’re so rude to you. I’ve never been treated like that. I cannot believe they are able to get away with running a business like that. My only guess is it’s because us from out of state come in and don’t know be warned this place is terrible

We had to arrive late on Saturday night and the after hours Manager Natalia was so helpful. She even called us prior to arriving to let us know that she was there to help us when we arrived. The Hotel was great. It was central to Duval Street and made it easy to find restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The staff was helpful in letting us know things to do in the area. We feel in love with Key West and hope to go back again. And we will stay at the Pegasus International Hotel.

I booked this hotel solely for location. Location is fantastic . Beyond that, 2 star hotel that charges $512 a night because it is on Duval Street. The only other good thing , it has its own private parking which is included a block away. It was a special occasion and we wanted to be on Duval.I wouldn’t do it again . I would stay at a nicer hotel ( for less money) and Uber instead.

The whole hotel smelled like mold, the room even more pronounced. Bathroom door, and ceiling were bubbling up. The room floor was almost wet due to condensation. Room windows were screwed on so they couldn’t be opened to give you a relief from the mold smell. A couple of the towels in the room were so old/overused that they were almost see through, one had an inch diameter whole. One of the worst North American hotels that I’ve ever stayed at. You get all these perks for $600 USD per night!

Upscale rooms. Roomy pool area on second floor with ample seating for relaxing or sunbathing. Warm pool. Exterior door always secure after business hours. Within walking distance to many bars and restaurants. On the corner of Duval Street amongst all the action. Luggage rack in the room as well as two drawer chest of drawers. Small desk for remote work.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is freshly updated but not a fancy place. Simple and clean. Close to everything. If you are a light sleeper look elsewhere. No complaints just information.

The room was nothing like shown. It was upstairs in a closet like area. After a rain storm we waded through water trying to get into hotel. Window air conditioning,Noisy, Rooms beside us was making so much noise, kept us up. Only 2 towels in the room, We were not happy and checked out after one night. Even though we paid a high price for that room, We are finally booked somewhere else that’s actually up to our expectations and we will never return to that hotel again.

I paid extra for an Executive King bedroom which showed a spacious room with a sofa...The king bedroom we were given did not have enough room for an armchair let alone a sofa...When I asked at the Front Desk, the lady told me all the King rooms were the same size...I replied that the hotel was therfore engaging in misleading advertising...We did not receive the room that we paid extra for, which to my mind is sharp business practice on the part of the hotel.

Would stay here again
Perfect location to walk Duval street, beaches, southern most point, Hemingway House. Nice welcome after hours, and parking included just down the street. Did not eat breakfast so no reviews for that but pool area and hot tub nice with over view of Duval Street. Room and bathroom was small but we didn’t go to Key West to stay in our room. Not very good water pressure in shower but beds were comfortable.

Clean and comfy, only missing the KW Charm
Very clean and comfortable. Location is perfect. The bed was very comfy. The bathroom was nice with great water pressure. The only negatives… Lack of charm. If you want a clean and comfy place to fall, this is it. If you want to feel the vibe and charm of Key West, this isn’t it. The entire property is concrete. There is no greenery. Only other negative is the temp of the hot tub. It was more like warm bath water.

Nice Property in Great Area
Outstanding location in heart of old town KW. Comfy, compact room as is typical in this part of town. Plumbing worked great; not assured in the keys. Expensive but that’s also typical in old town. We will be back!

Solid room for a good price. Right on duval, which is where you want to be. The street noise at night didn’t keep me up at all. Wasn’t bad. Would recommend.

When we arrived, the person checking us in acted like we were bothering her. After getting into our room, we found disgusting linens on the bed. I wouldn’t let my dog sleep in that. We immediately told the front desk and they changed them. I was so uncomfortable and didn’t want to stay on this dirty hotel, but our reservation was non refundable.
