”Room was clean, staff was very helpful and friendly, the bacon and sausage brand were not very good (seemed artificial meat) so we went elsewhere for breakfast which was a disappointment but overall it was a good experience and we plan to stay there again when needed!”

”The free parking (which was excellent) was confusing. In order to obtain a parking dongle, you had to check in but there was no where to park when you were trying to check in. Also, if you didn't return the parking dongle, you were charged $20 but you can't exit the parking garage without the dongle. Therefore, you have to exit the garage and find somewhere to park so you can return the dongle and finish checking out. They need to come up with a better method of enabling parking access.”

”I was directed where to park for my room. When I went in, the closest stairs didn't go up to the 3rd floor. We had to walk around a labyrinth to find our room. When arriving in our room it was very hot and the ac was off. It took over 12 hours to cool the room down. We couldn't even use a sheet let alone a blanket because of how hot it was. Breakfast on a sunday morning only went until 9:30am. I think they should turn on the upper floor ac before guests arrive when its 86 degrees outside. The...

”Nice professional staff. Clean facility showing its age. The HVAC and refrigerator worked fine but were both loud. Limited continental breakfast. Fine for an overnight stay.”

”The motel room and carpet needs to be cleaned more and the walls also need painting and the window above the kitchen sink needs new kitchen blinds. The curtains hanging in the front window and the rod that holds the curtains needs repair. The chair in the room and the cabinet that holds a customer’s clothes needs to be replaced with a nicer chair and cabinet.”

”We were in town for a wedding and drove four hours to get to the location. I called ahead of time to request an early check in but was told that they do not offer that service. When we arrived at 1pm, the front desk clerk was friendly and was able to get us into a room at that time. The room was spacious and clean. While eating breakfast, I heard the phone ring-and-ring-and-ring-and ring because the front-desk person was also the breakfast person and they could only do one job at a time.”
