”Location to property is excellent if you’re planning to go to Busch gardens or that area. House is okay for a short stay. However, place needs a bit more cleaning. Towels were wore down and smelled! Only 1 tv in the whole place. ”

”-Easy access to/from highway -Initial thought from outside: house was rundown and needed upkeep. -Neighborhood not as bad as other reviews made it seem. -Wasp situation needs to be taken care of -Inside was also rundown but main areas were relatively clean such as beds but overall aspect of house created doubts on how clean things actually were. -Wasn’t the most comfortable but dealt with it for a night. Beds for example, not being able to sit on a couch.”

”The property was very clean. We arrived without any checkin instructions despite having asked for them 3 times. He finally sent a code but as there was more than one unit on the property we wasted 20 minutes trying to get into the wrong door. No AC or TV instructions and we couldn't get either to respond .it was a frustrating way to start the weekend.”

”No closet space, trouble with entry keypad, odor in bathroom, poor shelf placement over bathroom sink, back patio filthy with mice and rat, entire property unkept.”

”Absolutely great area communication with owner was fast and friendly. Would stay there again if in the area.”

”My 85 year old grandmother was released from the hospital and it was very comfortable and convenient for her and our family everywhere was far as groceries and amenities was 5 mins away ”

”The 3 units divided from an old 1958 house has large gaps between units. No service provided and no response to photos and video. No hot water no wifi or tv remote. No dryer so if you swim, pack wet clothes in suitcase. No soap in shower and towels were rags. Suite with kitchen had 3 greasy frying pans and white powder in drawers. Frig sounded lijke an airplane. After a week neither Derrick or Jerry contacted me about the lack of service or their competency with hotel mngmt. Call your tenant or...

”I have to tell you guys, it really made me feel better to have human beings there that run the property, instead of always dealing with online emails with people you've never met, like other VRBOs.Margo and Yuri are such an amazing married couple. They work so hard, and if you just message them, they will help you with anything you need.The landscape outside is beautiful too.”

”We absolutely loved staying here and cant wait to book it again. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We were close to everything we needed within walking distance! The pool was nice and warm also. Highly recommend staying here.”

”Exactly as described. The owners did a great job of renovating an old beach motel into a beautifully updated property. Two heated pools, convenient location and the best shower heads make for a really nice weekend getaway. Can’t wait to come back!”
