”Fun place to stay and close to downtown food and fun.”

”The room is too small however it was okay if you only use to sleep. No hangers in closet, no nightstand only a veey small table in front off the bed with a small fan on it, beside the table you can find a small refrigerator as well. The Very uncomfortable to can walk inside the room. We found some tiny holes for using cigarettes on the bed sheets. Bathroom has a bigger trash can inside, My daughter and me use the space only for 2 nights, just to sleep. The last day, I want to use the microwave...

”I had booked this place for 2 days, it was a valentines getaway from my fiancé.. we'll check in we walked in and I instantly heard yelling from across the hall, cussing, kids screaming etc.. I smelled a nasty moldy smell instantly.. Being someone with severe asthma I instantly started to sneeze, runny nose, watery eyes etc... we walked back to the pool area and it was by far the nastiest pool I've ever seen!! Looked like dead skin was floating on top of the water ( I even have pictures ) so with...

”Great little getaway close to safety harbor downtown area with cool bars and restaurants ”

”Communication was quick and friendly. They addressed my questions timely. When we arrived, the guest house was clean, comfortable, and very nice. We were very impressed and would definitely stay there again when in the area.”

”This was a nicely appropriated space! It was just me and the wife, but it was only 2 minutes from my daughter's place, so it worked out comfortably. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. I would definitely stay here again. The host stayed in constant communication with us and provided for everything we needed.”

”Booked this home and then called the number provided for check in instructions and was told it was occupied and we could not check in. Seems very unorganized so if you need a place to stay would not rely on this place. Cannot speak to the property condition as we were never there.”

”OMG! How impressive was our experience there for a last second planning to get away!! Thank you so much for the opportunity to see more of Largo and IRB. From the sheer size and plentitude of accomodations of "The Sweet", to the hospitality given through the week. We cannot wait to come back, and perhaps check out the other options with "The Cottage", "The Estate, or The Big House"!!”

”The host was very helpful and prompt with their response”

”We are over 70 n handicap. We had to move over to other unit bed was saturated from air conditioning”

”Overall, the property was nice. There was a lot of thought put into conveniences for the guests, such as plentiful towels, common kitchen gadgets, and smaller fridges in a couple of the rooms. A good attempt was made to update the property for use, but not all the workmanship was good quality (Ex: A/C vents falling off the walls, loose carpet) and there were some issues we experienced (Ex: The A/C wasn’t working well because of how hot it was outside, so the top bedroom was too hot for...
