”There was some type of issue where I didn’t receive my check in instructions and I had to spend an hour or so trying to find out this information. Everyone at Expedia and VRBO was helpful and once the host was involved, she was as well. I typically receive check-in instructions the day prior or morning of check in by email or text. This was not the case here and unsure why it didn’t happen. Even after I spoke to host, VRBO said the instructions were in my inbox but I could not see them, only...

”This is a must stay, if your visiting Down Town New Port Richey, Hudson and surrounding towns. Lovely host and great spots to dine and walk around. Also the house is beautiful.”

”Nice quiet house conveniently located close enough to Tampa Airport. The bedrooms can be made plenty dark to get good rest even in the middle of a sunny day. Host was responsive and easy to get in touch with. We would stay again if visiting the area. Thank you !”

”Very clean and comfortable for the two of us. It was a great location for meeting up with family in the area. I would highly recommend it for two people.”

”Great space. Lots of little details to make your stay more comfortable.”

”Great location in downtown Palm Harbor. Walking distance to all the restaurants and night hotspots. Very roomy and secluded off the main drag. Parking is very convenient. Air conditioning is epic! Nice to come back to after a hot afternoon strolling the area. Unit is in a historic Florida building. You get the charm of old Florida but of course with history comes vintage condition. Floors and windows are "authentic" rather than mechanically perfect, but we thought it added to the...

”We had an amazing stay! The property was perfect for our family and the host was very nice and communicative!”

”Great property and close to town so we could walk”

”Everything was perfect. Really enjoyed your stay!”

”The home is beautiful however we were not informed that there are people living in the garage that is attached to the home. I feel that this is something I should have been informed of. I was traveling with my teenage daughters and did not feel comfortable with this situation. The listing started nothing about this. Instead it claims that there is access to the garage (not true) garage parking available (not true) whole home to ourselves (not true) I also feel like they were purposely trying to...

”The place is as described. The space is amazing perfect for bigger families. Location is great too, not far from downtown Tarpon Springs and from Clearwater. Michael and Fran were very helpful and they answer all my questions in a timely manner.”

”Overall good. Pool was green and pool guy showed up on Friday as we were checking out. House could use more glasses, as there were no drink tumblers or enough standard glasses.”

”Dirty, dirty and dirty is all I can say.”

”One of the beds was broken. There were a few cockroaches (though warm weather in Florida brings insects). There was a broken outlet dangling from the wall that we needed to block off from our son. One of the showers has no place to sit toiletries so we pulled a chair up beside it to set things on (shampoo, soap, etc.) Location was great for our zoo day and for going to walk on the river!”

”This was the perfect stop for our cruise in Tampa. The check in was super easy and the communication was efficient. The home is beautiful. Although you can't flush toilet paper down the toilet, there is a bidet and small bathroom garbage can to aid in the proper disposal. 10/10, highly recommend.”

”Was a little smaller than expected, only real complaint is the shower head. Doesn’t really allow you to shower very effectively”
