Enter to an open layout with lots of natural light. The kitchen opens to the spacious living and dining areas with seating to comfortably accommodate 6. The living room is audio visual equipped with a 60"HD smart flat screen TV with expanded channel service. The kitchen is very functional and includes appointments such as granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, including a DeLonghi Magnifica Automatic Espresso Machine and Cappuccino Maker, a Keurig machine, and a standard drip machine - enjoy a cup of coffee overlooking the lagoon and Turtle Point 18.

4942 Turtle Point Villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, each with a 32" LED HD flat screen TV and private baths. One guest suite offers a king bed and the other has two twin beds, both with new mattresses. The primary bedroom is located on the 2nd level and also includes a new king bed and mattress, a 46" HD flat screen TV and a beautifully redone bath with separate soaking tub and deck overlooking the lagoon.
