Upea Sea Lavender Courtin koti (esillä Southern Living Magazine -lehdessä) tarjoaa ainutlaatuisen mahdollisuuden vuokrata uutta rakennusta vakiintuneessa yhteisössä aivan kadun toisella puolella rannalta. Tämä shingle-tyylinen mökki vaatii prime-sijoittelua Oceanwoods-alueella. Kiawahin 10 meripeninkulman rannalta suoraan kadun toisella puolella on surffauksen ääniä, jotka kulkevat suoraan etelän tuulista.

Erinomaiset mallit osoittavat Charlestonin ja Kiawah-saaren ympäristöön innoittamana ilmavan paletin, jossa on hienovaraisia värejä.

Sea Lavender Court

This was my first visit to Kiawha Island. We had a wonderful time viewing sunsets, bike riding, and enjoying the surrounding area. The home was lovely and comfortable. The home was very well stocked with all we needed for our stay. We would come back and hope to use this home again! The home is just steps from the beach!

This home was a great location and the best equipped kitchen of any place we have ever rented in all our times at Kiawah. Everything was very clean, the rental staff was professional and thoughtful. Our only suggestion for improvement would be the upholstered living room furniture, especially the 2 couches. They are both worn and in need of replacement to the point of being uncomfortable, in our opinion.

We have loved Sea Lavender for Many Vacations, but...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hello-We love Sea Lavender and have booked I think 4 times now and have rented with ESPM now 5 times. We debated if we should call about all of this, but we are starting to see signs of neglect at Sea Lavender and hate that because we love the home. We truly love the home’s feel. Decor and location, renting with ESPM and recommend ESPM to friends. This was our first experience where things were just not fantastic. When we arrived the refrigerator was not working nor was the freezer-we did not discover this however until we bought a weeks worth of groceries. The on call maintenance person was very helpful. We were able to fix it but had to reload all of our groceries in coolers and move things to garage freezer over night to ensure it worked-we didn’t find out until the morning that it worked. We waited for a few hours the next morning for the maintenance person and they never showed. Since the fix worked we didn't want to take more time, but were surprised they never came to the house or followed up. Some other things that were not working properly are in the primary bedroom shower. The shower did not drain -we were always in standing water while bathing, the sinks are not working with water spraying from the faucets in that bathroom. Also in the kitchen the right front burner on the stove is also not working with only half of it lighting. There were other things as well but minor. We were able to manage all of it but we absolutely love this house and it made us sad to see the issues. The only other thing to note is that when we arrived it also didn’t seem as if it was cleaned thoroughly. We found a contact lens on the floor in the primary bathroom, one bedroom was very dusty not seeming to be touched, the cleaning staff left a bag of towels in the family room upstairs and the kitchen counters felt sandy. We don’t like to complain but felt all of these things were worth sharing because we want to come back and hope

The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed to cook dinner. The location was great- just a quick walk and we were on the beach. The pool and the deck were fantastic too especially on days when we wanted to get out of the sun and wind and enjoy the shade. Renting bikes was a great decision - we were out on them multiple times a day and the bike trails are very close to this location. We would definitely rent this property again in the future.

The family kept commenting how "comfortable" the house felt. An important part for me was the comfort of the beds. They didn't disappoint! It was great having the pool in the back and being across the street from the beach. It was nice to see pictures online and find it really did look the way it was represented. We would definitely stay in this amazing home again!!!

We had a 5 month old and an 11 month old so it was great having such close beach access. The pool was perfect and we used it everyday. We will definitely return to this home!

The plunge pool is on the deck and is wonderful when not at the beach. House has chairs, sand toys and a wagon for guests to use, which was great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Oceanwood before and really loved it being so close to the beach. This home for perfect for the 9 of us. The only thing was that the linens left for the pullout sofa where to small and was uncomfortable for sleeping. The twin sheets would not stay on a queen bed. This home was perfectly clean and very inviting, every appliance or gadget was available. We never excepted to have all the beach equipment available to us. What a pleasant surprise.
