    The Space:

    You're going to adore this renovated Mariner's Watch condo, boasting lagoon views and a fantastic location just 150 yards from the beach via Boardwalk 16. Spend the morning sipping coffee on the screened-in porch, with a view of nothing but the trees and lagoon. When hunger strikes, step inside to the full kitchen to make some breakfast. The open living space features lots of natural light thanks to the oversized French doors, hardwood floors, and all the comforts of home. Dine together at the table for four and pop the dishes in the dishwasher for easy cleanup. When you return for the night after exploring, play a board game for more together time, watch some TV, or call it a night in the well-appointed bedroom - but not before stepping back out to the porch to toast your good luck at booking the perfect Kiawah Island escape.

    You’re only a short walk from the beach and just across the street from the recreational Night Heron Park (700 yards away), where you'll find a playground, basketball courts, disc golf course, a nature center, soccer field, and some large grassy areas for picnics. Bike or walk on over 30 miles of nature trails that extend over the island, or visit downtown Charleston, an easy 25-mile drive away. If you want something similar but a little more local, take a trip to Freshfields Village (about two miles away) where you can explore cute boutiques, shop for local produce, and discover some Kiawah Island culture.

Clean and great location to Night Heron Park or Beach. Perfect for couple who is looking for affordable accommodation that is convenient and clean. Basic kitchen, but sufficient for minimal meals. Would rent again from this company.

great place and location, need to have more information on how to checkin at the main gate security and in the information notebook that is in the room. where the washer and dryer what is at codes for the club swimming pool.

This is a very nice little villa that's just a minute or two walk to the beach! Although the renovation was modest, the photos honestly don't do it justice and it's great. The kitchen is very well stocked with cookware, etc., the bed is comfortable and the screened porch (lagoon view) is a nice place to hang out later in the evening once it cools off outside. Communication from the host was excellent: they were easy to reach and responded quickly every time I had a question both before and during our stay.We're looking forward to staying here again the next time we visit Kiawah!

At one point, the connection to TV did not work. Miraculously started working the next morning.The shower head does not work properly as it squirts water up to the ceiling and it’s causing the paint to peelThe front screen door is filthyThe communication with the host when first getting there was nonexistentThe best part is the location. The beach is literally across the street.Since the weather wasn’t very good, we had to spend more time in the condo. The place is fine if you don’t have to spend much time there.
