Tämä yhden makuuhuoneen, yhden kylpyamme hiljattain remontoitu Mariners Watch huvila on vain 300 metrin päässä rannasta ja on loistava luonto ja laguuni näkymät suuri turvatarkastus kuisti.

Laite on päivittynyt tuoreella maalilla ja uusi master-vuode, jossa on king size -vuode. Myös olohuoneessa on sohva nukkuja. Konseptin Pääoleskelutilaan, ruokailutila ja keittiö johtavat seulotaan-in kuisti, jossa on pöytä ja tuolit syödä, rentoutua ja nauttia Laguuninäkymät. Keitti�� on täysin varustettu ja siellä on kaksi taulutelevisiota (yksi makuuhuoneessa ja toinen olohuoneessa). Laitteessa on pesukone ja kuivausrumpu sekä langaton internetyhteys. Se on myös lemmikkieläinystävällinen!

Mariner Watch Villas sijaitsee Kiawah East Beach, vain kadun toisella Night Heron Park koripallokenttä, jalkapallokenttä, leikkipaikka, ja luontokeskus. East Beach Tennis Facility on lyhyen matkan päässä sekä Market Town Center, jossa voit saada nopeasti syömään tai kupin kahvia.

The unit was very nice, however the adjacent unit was under full remodel and the construction noise ruined our stay. The sound of hammering all day kills a what could have been a relaxing Kiawah vacation. If the unit next door is being renovated let the renters know so they can decide if they are ok with the noise or discount the unit because of the inconvenience. I knew walking up there was gonna be an issue when the entire staircase was covered in chalky white construction dusk. Did not enjoy my stay because of the annoying hammering throughout the entire day.

Communication was friendly and timely. Location was perfect, 5 minute walk to the beach. Our 2 medium sized pups enjoyed it as well. Especially the screen porch and walks on the beach. It was well equipped with dishes and small appliances. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Pet Friendly and Exceptionally Clean

This property is perfect for a couple and pup! I have never travelled with our Goldendoodle before and was apprehensive about the cleanliness of a pet friendly property. With all hard surface flooring, it was easy to sweep away any sand our pups paws brought in and he was perfectly happy to sleep on his towel on the floor. Our dog loved the screened porch where he could watch people pass on the nature trail behind the property. The unit has been recently renovated, with a beautiful bathroom and lovely bed linens, and had everything we needed for the week. We would certainly stay here again!

Perfect getaway

Wonderful weekend stay. Perfect location on Kiawah Island. Home was clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to everyone planning a trip to Charleston. Property management was the best - professional, thorough and available to handle any issues.

The condo is quaint and has all one would need. My fiance and I worked remotely multiple days and never any issues with space or wifi. It also has close proximity to the beach!

4260 Mariners Watch Stay

My husband and teen daughters stayed Easter week. The good: Close to the beach - literally steps. Sliding doors open the screened porch to the living room Comfortable king bed in the main bedroom Clean with games, books, TVs and Wifi Nice kitchen appliances and cookware, glassware, utensils The proximity to the beach is fabulous, but this unit is also close the The Nest (for coffee, snacks, quick bites, drinks etc), a nice basketball court, and nature center. There are some needed improvements. Disclaimer is that we did not contact property owner or Sweetgrass about these items during our stay. We did not want to have to relocate our pets in the event someone needed to come to the unit. 1. Sleeper sofa is not usable. The sofa mattress is very thin with hard metal coils that are not padded, and the support sagged so that you could not find a place to lie flat. We could not use it. 2. There are pillows and linens are provided, but extra sofas in the closet are bare - no pillowcases anywhere to be found, and stained. I would replace with new pillows and cases, or discard. 3. The thermostat had a note not to set temperature above a certain setting. We obliged, but were uncomfortably hot at night. The inside temp was close to 10 degrees higher than the setting. We had to sleep with sliding door open with fan in front. 4. Windows could not be cracked to ventilate. The latches are broken and will not function to open.

Great little condo

Perfect for our son, daughter-in-law and their small dog to stay for a week while visiting us in Windswept. The condo is clean, stylish and the kitchen is well equipped. A few extra things would make it a perfect 5 star rating. - extra hangers - hooks in the bathroom and hallways for wet towels, jackets, beach bags - at least two luggage racks (there is only one) - extra towel bars in the bathroom for wet towels We provided our kids with extra paper towels, toilet tissue, Kleenex, detergent, dishwasher detergent and garbage bags as Sweetgrass suggested. We also took advantage of Sweetgrass’s offer to arrive at 2pm for an extra $50 and leave at noon for $50. A very nice perk! Overall, a great little condo for a weeks stay in beautiful Kiawah Island.

Great Screened In Porch!

The porch with rocking chairs was so wonderful for coffee in the morning and wine at night. Clean place with all the amenities you need for a couple day trip. Would definitely stay there again!!!

Nice property

Having stayed in other units in the same complex this one compares good in most areas. It was clean, nicely decorated, very close to beach. However the kitchen was not fully equipped. The dishwasher and washer/dryer are old and needs replacing. The tv is too small for the room size in the den. Lastly the door needs a deadbolt for security reasons. The door now is just a door knob that could be easily opened by intruders.

Good location, but the property could use touch up for paint, handles, and appliances. Needed a tub stopper, which was supplied upon request, but figured things like this should come standard. Hope they maintain the property!

Close to beach

It is a short walk to beach and pet friendly. We enjoyed having our dog with us. We would stay here again, however it needs some maintenance. The top rack of dishwasher needs repair and lights under kitchen cabinets did not work. The shower is in the jacuzzi tub and quite deep. It would be helpful to have a bar to hold while stepping out of the tub. Kiawah is a wonderful place where we have been visiting for 40 years.

Amazing Kiawah beach haven

Perfect for two, this condo in a gated community was well-appointed, clean and cozy. Great location on Kiawah Island, close to the beach, golf, fine dining etc. The screened porch was perfect for relaxing at sundown watching the deer stroll by. We loved our stay here!

plumbing problems

On day 2 of my 4 day stay the toilet backed up and overflowed. It took two phone calls to get a response from the property manager. Finally Roto Rooter arrived after 9 pm. He was there doing his thing until 10 pm. left with wet, grimy floor and soiled towels. I left a day early.

Nice Kiawah vacay

Nice fairly clean condo for lovely stay in Kiawah. Very close to beach. Appreciate allowing dog to stay. Only minor critiques, such as nowhere to hang stuff (towels, etc), limited kitchen space, and an odd noise when air conditioner running. Nothing to take away from the always beloved beach and bike trails of Kiawah, a family summer tradition.

Lots of broken or malfunctioning items: dishwasher, light, garbage disposal. Some pots, pans and utensils dirty. Nice enough and comfortable with wonderful beach access. All the broken items were a drag.

We really enjoyed our stay - was a nice place in a great location. 1 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to the town center. We got locked out one night and Sweetgrass was extremely responsive about letting us in. The only negative was the cleanliness.... there were black hairs all over the floors and bed sheets when we arrived. Overall however, it was a great stay. We'd do it again.
