Tervetuloa kauniiseen Waileaan, Master Planned Community -yhteisöön, joka varmistaa hyvän yhteisösuunnittelun ja hyödyntää suunnittelusuuntaviivoja auttaakseen säilyttämään Mauin hienostuneen saariympäristön. Grand Champions Villas sijaitsee Wailean sydämessä, ja se sijaitsee Wailea Blue -golfkentän välissä, joka on Golf Digestin sijainnissa Amerikan parhaimmista keinona pidettävistä kursseista, ja Wailea Tennis Club on yksi maan 50 parhaasta lomakeskusten tenniskeskuksesta. The property was amazing! Where do I start…Wailea is the perfect neighborhood in Maui. Loved the nearby shops and restaurants. The views from the deck did not disappoint. The AC worked well, yay! Very spacey. Clean and well decorated as photographed. Easy check in and great communication with host. We spent a few days at the pool and many days trying out the more than 10 local beaches. 9 days was the perfect stay. Everything we needed in the kitchen to cook our own food. Bed was comfy. Would love to return Try the affordable Hula Show at the Kihei Food Oasis, snorkeling at Honolua Bay and the Sunrise Tour at Haleakalā National Park‼

Absolutely amazing stay! We picked this condo based on prior reviews and are so glad we did. Perfect communication from start to finish. So much to rave about here- some of our favorites were the quiet location- we enjoyed walking to shops and restaurants- and appreciated the book of suggestions- the shower had great pressure, the AC was great, everything we needed was there from washer and dryer, to kitchen essentials, to the comfy living areas!

Wonderful

The property is more beautiful in person than in the listing photos. You couldn’t ask for a better location, when you wake up in the morning you’re greeted by a quiet golf course, and it stays quite all daylong. The location is prime and within walking and driving distance of multiple different beaches, resorts, shopping and restaurants. The owners make everything easy from check in to communication. The property owner responded quickly to the two inquiries we had, one before check in and one during our stay. We will be back in the near future. We just found our favorite spot in Hawaii!’

Just perfect

We are so pleased to give this condo and its host the highest rating. The condo location is walkable to excellent coffee, shopping, restaurants and a upscale grocery market. It is in a very quiet and relaxing area of the complex, we enjoyed watching the sunset on the lanai. All the little things that matter like comfy pillows, great water pressure and a spacious and clean environment were on point. Hope to return - Aloha.

Five Star Stay

Our stay was perfect - property was just as described! Quiet, easy drive everywhere, & super clean - we were very comfortable. Bonus things that we were super happy with: beach chairs and umbrella available for use as well as laundry and reserved parking. Surrounding area is beautiful. A gem!

Thus is a fantastic property, right on the golf course and with a lovely ocean view from the patio. It is tastefully decorated, immaculately clean, and has everything you need. There is even a guest bathroom in addition to the one in the master suite. See if you can find that in a hotel!

Comfortable Experience

A comfortable location and stay. Very easy check-in and the host is great. The unit is on the first floor, if that matters to you. This could of have been made clearer in the description but the unit is as pictured and overall it is very comfortable and a great stay.

Great unit, Quiet Location!

First of all, the owner Jessica is amazing - so responsive and caring. She is really one of the best hosts we’ve encountered. The unit is super clean, comfortable bed, 2 bathrooms which is a great plus and the view from the lanai is lovely. It’s nice being on this side - much quieter than the other areas of the same property. Book it!

Beautiful Condo

Absolute beautiful condo. You could watch the sunset from the balcony, we also go to see the full moon setting which was incredible. I have never seen it before.Clean , well stocked,on the golf course, walking distance to Wailea beach resort (Luau dinner) . Great restaurants walking distance. When we 1st looked on vrbo to this condo I thought the painting colors were to crazy, but not at all, colors are very pleasant.Host extremely friendly and responsive.

We agree this is a 5 Star Ocean View Unit! We love the location, it is quiet and has an amazing view. We can see the ocean and the golfers, it’s perfect. The unit beautiful and clean. Host is great to work with. We love coming back to this unit when we are on Island.

Very clean and well located unit.

Very well maintained remodeled condo unit. Also very clean. Comfortable bed was a nice surprise as were the extremely quiet and efficient AC splits in the bedroom and living room. Great value for the $'s. Definitely would stay here again.

The area offers everything one goes to Maui for: beautiful beaches, great food, world-class hotels, perfect golf courses, and welcoming locals. The unit is located at the top of the complex facing a green. The complex itself is quite private, being located between the golf course and the tennis club. We would gladly rent this property again.
