    The Space:

    Aloha, and thank you for choosing to vacation in our ohana in Wailea. Located in the coveted Grand Champions complex, this charming condo offers all of the amenities and comforts of home. Enjoy your morning coffee soaking in the views of the ocean from the seating on the private lanai before adventuring out to enjoy the stunning beaches on the island. You are tucked away bordering a golf course amid lush tropical plants with nearby shops, dining, tennis, and pickleball courts all in walking distance! A grocery store at the Shops of Wailea along with local wine shops all a short walk or drive away!



    Step inside to find a bright and spacious living area filled with comfy furniture and lots of natural light. The living room is the ideal place to entertain your dinner guests, with lavish furniture, and access to the balcony. Take advantage of the fully stocked kitchen to prepare your favorite meals or barbeque by either of the two pools and hot tubs. There is individually controlled air-conditioning in the bedroom and living room for added convenience or you can enjoy the afternoon breeze and fresh air from the open lanai! A washer and dryer is in a closet on the lanai. Students or remote workers can even use the home's provided desk and WiFi to complete projects.



    Come evening, retreat to one of the bedrooms for a good night's rest. A spacious main bedroom awaits, with a comfortable King bed and attached bathroom. A comfortable fold-out couch provides added sleeping space. A second bathroom means getting ready for the day ahead is easily accomplished.

Nice view of ocean and surrounding scenery from balcony and living room. Shops and awesome restaurants are very close to condo. Condo has great water pressure.

Wonderful stay! We loved being able to see the ocean from the lanai every morning and watch the sun set over it each evening. Slept well in the comfortable bed. Unit contained the essential pots and pans for food prep. Limited pantry staples available. Right next to the pool for quick access. Very close to the assigned parking spot. Overall, we loved our stay at GC, and look forward to returning another year.

Beautiful view and great location

We loved our stay here! The view from the balcony is beautiful, the bed is big and comfy, and it's an easy walk down to the resorts and beaches in Wailea. We did day trips to West Maui and Road to Hana from here too.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It is located steps from the parking space. The location is very close to restaurants and shops. It was well stocked with everything we needed for the week. We would definitely stay here again.

Welcome basket with Hawaiian goodies, comfy king bed, amazing ocean Ean and sunset views, clean and comfortable unit. Had a couple of minor maintenance issues which were resolved quickly. Highly recommend!

Spectacular View!

The views from this upper-level condo can't be beat! Even a rainy day was exciting because of all the rainbows. Make sure you walk down the steep but paved path to Hideaway Beach - it was beautiful especially during a sunset. Communication with the local property manager was excellent when we had a problem with the lock.

Fabulous location!

The view was gorgeous and it was a really comfortable place to stay. We love having two full bathrooms and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. Wish we had known that tennis and pickleball were available for rental and court times. We would have taken advantage of that!

Magical Maui

Wonderful unit and location. Unit is second floor end unit so no one above and only one unit in the side. Just above pool and bbq area. Can walk to coffee shop. Ulua Beach, Shops at Wailea and Wailea Beach Walk very close. Lovely lanai but gets too hot in afternoon to use. Kitchen well appoint

Overall lovely (*with some recommendations)

We had an overall lovely stay here and would consider booking again. The good: The condo was spacious and clean. It was the perfect amount of room for the two of us but 4 people could easily stay comfortably (though cozier). The view from the lanai was far better than advertised - it really was a partial+ ocean view with stunning sunsets over the water. The welcome gift was a nice touch too! Complex is very lush with beautiful landscaping and 2 great pools. Location is fabulous - being able to walk to the shops and the local grocery store is a huge plus. The not as good: Towels could have been nicer - they were a bit small and thin (that goes for the "beach/pool" towels too). It was fairly well appointed (kitchen utensils for example), however, though not "mandatory" the following would have made our review a 5-star review (rather than 4): - Salt and pepper in kitchen - Blackout curtains for the bedroom (*the condo complex has an outdoor light RIGHT by the bedroom that cannot be turned off. Made sleeping a bit difficult. - Beach umbrella - COOLER! - Snorkel gear - Beach toys (boogie boards/noodles) Again, I understand per the listing that many of the above are considered "extras" but we have stayed in numerous condos on Maui (and several in the Grand Champions complex) that have all of these items (in fact, we've never stayed at one that didn't have these). They really are needed on a beach vacation so providing them would have been appreciated. The cooler, for example ... we had to go to 5 stores on our first morning to find one (a junky, disposable one from the gas station was the best we could do but was large and didn't die until our last day so it worked in a pinch)... precious beach time wasted! Anyway, all would be a super nice touch that I know your guests would be grateful for. With all of that though, it really is a very nice condo and the Grand Champions complex is a beautiful place to call home during your stay in Wailea.
