”We had a wonderful stay at Kevin's condo! He had very clear and instructive communications throughout the entire process and provided great recommendations for things to do/places to eat/what to see around the island. Location was great and we loved the pool and easy beach access (turtles right across the street at the beach!). The condo had everything we needed and more! We had an amazing trip and would highly recommend!”

”It was a great holiday in a stunning location. We enjoyed the convenience of being in a ground floor unit. A couple of concerns/issues: the kitchen faucet needs changing and it was inconvenient that the pull out bed didn’t work, as my sister & I needed our own beds. There was also a strange outbreak of creepy wormy bugs in the bathroom one night, probably from the drains? But was beyond control is my guess? Overall, a gorgeous place to stay. ”

”Shabby. Needs a major refresh; needs new wall paint throughout, needs new shower curtains and shower floor tile, needs new kitchen fan, needs new refrigerator water filter, etc… Couch is uncomfortable to sit on. Overpriced for these particular accommodations. On the plus side there were clean sheets and towels and it is in close walking distance to the beach and restaurants. ”

”We've stayed at Kihei Bay Vista for the last 6 yrs and the location is perfect for us. Vlads condo is one of the nicest in the development! The corner unit gives the best view of the water and his decorating makes for a very pleasant atmosphere! The two air conditioning units make for a very comfortable setting. The condo is equipped with everything you will need for a great stay! ”

”When we booked the Vrbo we did so with the information of items that were supplied and one was toilet paper, nothing mentioned of a starter packet which we found out later when we were running low while in Maui. Also, when prepping for a the renter make sure everything works properly, the toilet seat was loose a BIG miss. And if ants are prevalent, be sure to have things out to help prevent, we had them crawling in kitchen and bathroom upon arrival. Lastly, get new pillows, the ones that were...
