Tämä ihastuttava huvila on suunniteltu sisä- ja ulkotiloihin, joissa on liukuvat taskut, jotka johtavat ulkona tilaviin yksityisiin lanaihin. Hyödynnä ulkoilmaruokailusta, viileistä trooppisista tuulista, näkymistä puutarhaan ja suurta ulkokaasugrilliä.

Lounge lanai ja siemailla trooppista juomaa ottaen kauneus Maui. Tämä majoituspaikka sisältää kauniisti sisustetun oleskelutilan, modernit kalusteet, täysin varustetun gourmet-keittiön, jossa on aamiaisbaari ja huippuluokan laitteet, taulutelevisio ja wifi kaikkialla. Siirrä helposti päivittäistavarat ja matkatavarat yläkertaan omalla henkilökohtaisella hissilläsi.

Makuuhuone on uskomattoman tilava ja siinä on king-vuode, suuri kylpyhuone, jossa on kylpyamme, suihku ja yksityinen lanai! Toinen vierashuone sijaitsee alakerrassa, jossa on queen-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone. Ylimmässä kerroksessa on kolmas makuuhuone, jossa on kaksi queen-size-vuodetta, oma kylpyhuone ja ranskalaiset ovet, jotka johtavat ranskalaiselle parvekkeelle. Tärkein oleskelutila tarjoaa myös puoli kylpyhuoneen vieraille.

Tämä kaksikerroksinen kaupungin koti on myös keskeinen ilmastointi koko, täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, yksityinen autotalli, katettu autoportti yli ajotieltä toisen ajoneuvon, ranta tuolit ja rantapyyhkeet käyttää rannalla tai omaisuuden allas!

Ho'olei-hotellissa on upea uima-allas, jossa on vesiputous, lasten hiekkaranta-alue ja 2 poreallasta. Voit vapaasti käyttää yksikkösi tarjoamia rantapyyhkeitä uima-altaaseen! Uima-altaan vieressä on myös kuntokeskus ja katettu keittiöpaviljonki. Saatavilla on myös uima-altaan hieronta! Tämä on porteilla, jolla on käytettävissä 24 tunnin vartiointi.

Pääsy rannalle sijaitsee suoraan kadun toisella puolella viereisen lomakeskuksen läpi. Voit ruokailla milloin tahansa lomakeskuksen ravintoloista sekä perustaa spa-tapaamisia läheisissä kohteissa, mutta huomaa, että uima-altaan käyttö vierekkäisissä lomakohteissa ei sisälly varauksesi tähän Ho'olei-huvilaan.

Family reunion

The property is beautiful, in a great location. We had 7 adults & were extremely comfortable. The villa was well stocked, better than we expected. The only issues we had were the dish washer did not work. We called & repair man showed up within an hour & said it was fixed, but we continued to have the same issue. Also limited space to hang wet swimsuits & towels. A few hooks in the laundry room, bathrooms or even garage would have been nice.

Perfect!!!!

This was the perfect unit for our family of four. From the three bedrooms, to the spacious lanai, to the short walk to the pool, it fit all of our needs. The short walk to the beaches and shops and close proximity to golf courses were a bonus, as well. While we were out enjoying Maui during the day, we looked forward to coming back to our beautiful condo in the evenings. The kitchen was very well equipped and the washer and dryer gave us a mid vacation wardrobe boost. The communication was spot on throughout our stay. Kaitlin even suggested a restaurant to celebrate our anniversary at. If we plan to return to Maui in the future, we will try this property first!

Great place to stay!

My family and my friend's family stayed in this beautiful townhouse for a week. It was great! - Living room on the 2nd floor is large, connecting with a big balcony. Our kids ran around and had much fun! - Spacey kitchen allowing 2-3 people to work together! - Master bedroom on the 1st floor is equipped with an awesome bathroom. Taking a bath there was so enjoyable! - Great swimming pool in the community! - Walkable distance to the beach! - The host was very helpful and responsive! Here are some tips for future visitors: - As it's located near the hotel area, there isn't good grocery stores nearby, until you drive ~8 minutes to a Safeway. So plan ahead! - Remember to take the towels if you go the swimming pool. - If you want to take beach chairs to the beach, it's better to drive a car, although it's within walkable distance.

Perfect Wailea Retreat

The location and luxury of this house make it a perfect retreat for a family looking to gather in the heart of Wailea. You have plenty of space in the common areas to be together or separate in the luxury of your bedroom. The furniture throughout is super comfortable and the house has every amenity including plenty of chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The lanai has a garden view, but in less than 10 min you are on the Wailea beach. And the pool oasis is just steps away. A real luxury find for a great price at one of the top beaches in Hawaii!

This property was awesome! All the comforts of home, and then some! 7 of us (all adults) were very comfortable with plenty of room and privacy for all. Wailea Beach and the beachwalk were a 5 min walk from the property. Communication with CBIV was great; very timely responses! All in all, a wonderful place!

Nice place, if you can get in and everything worked.

We were not given the entry code to the gate, so we spent up to 20 minutes outside waiting for other residents to pull-up and let us in. We were provided the gate code two days after our arrival and after our email requesting the same. The washer in the unit did not work. The key fobs randomly deactivate, and it has nothing to do with your cell phone.

Quiet repose in Maui

The condo was in a great location, offering quick access to the beach, as well as good restaurants. The porch looked out on shrubbery that provided privacy despite it being right next to a couple other units. It was very relaxing and the interior was spacious and comfortable.

Maui Spring Break

We had a great time in Maui staying at the house in Ho’Olei. The rental property was extremely clean and everything was in working order. We really have had no complaints just one small suggestion: some of the pans could be replaced. Other than that, it was a very nice property to stay at. Comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms and a great living room/lanai area to hang out at. This was our second time staying in Ho’Olei and we definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great Maui vacation.

Paradise!

Besides having a fabulous location, this property had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Plenty of space to stay in & relax with a meal prepared in the kitchen & grill. Breakfast on the lani was such a wonderful place to begin the day. Very well kept & good construction (never heard anyone although we saw neighbors coming & going) We used the workout room everyday & the equipment was top notch. The pool & hot tub area was fabulous! Beautiful & welcoming but never felt crowded. Right across the street was the ocean walk, beautiful beaches, restaurants, shopping. We look forward to staying here again!

Spacious unit. Appreciated the snacks and coffee upon arrival. Great service from managers. In fact, the woman who helped my wife look for her handbag went beyond the norm, really doing her best to help my wife. And she was very nice! Real convenient to Grand Wailea. Needs a little better cleaning , as cobwebs on ceiling, dusty artificial plants and stains on carpet. Also, really noisy late night party next door and the units are tightly packed in so slept with pillow over my head. Lastly, unit is on bottom row, so road traffic noise and master on lower level with no views removes any feeling of being in Hawaii. But, overall a positive experience.
