Aloha ja tervetuloa 3 makuuhuoneen huoneistoihisi, kotisi poissa kotoa! Perheeni ja asumme Mauilla, ja olemme niin innostuneita isännöimään lomaasi. Älä takertu suuriin vuokrayrityksiin, jotka eivät välitä ryhmästäsi. Olemme ylpeitä voidessamme tarjota henkilökohtaisia kosketuksia ja varmistaaksemme, että tarkistamme henkilökohtaisesti asunnotmme varmistaaksemme, että matkasi on paras.

Rentoudu päivän jälkeen auringossa ja katsele suosikkiohjelmasi 55 tuuman televisiosta. Paljon istumapaikkoja koko juhlallesi. Laitteessa on valtava kaksinkertainen leveä lanai, ovet, jotka todella avaavat sisäpuolen ulkopuolelle. Siellä on ulkona syövä alue, johon mahtuu 6 ruokailla ulkona. Jaettu yksikkö A / C pitää koko huoneiston kauniissa lämpötilassa! Ruokapöydässä on pöytä ja 6 istumapaikkaa sekä 4 jakkaraa tiskillä. Laitteessa on pesukone / kuivausrumpu.
Keittiö on täysin varustettu loman. Valmiina sinua valmistamaan havaijilaisia lempiruokiasi!
Yläkerran mestarilla on king-size-vuode. Kaapissa on valtava kävelymatka ja oma kylpyhuone. Yläkerrassa on jaettu ilmastointilaite, joka pitää viileän lämpötilan, sekä kattotuuletin kiertoa varten. Upouusi TV myös yläkerrassa.
Alakerran makuuhuoneessa on myös parivuode. Tässä huoneessa on myös jaettu ilmastointilaite sekä tuuletin. 2 isoa kaapia ja TV.
Viimeisessä makuuhuoneessa on 2 erillistä vuodetta. Tässä huoneessa on tv ja suuri vaatekaappi.
Huoneistossa on myös boogie-levyt, rantatuoleja, sateenvarjo ja jäähdytin. Rantapyyhkeet myös. Tennismailat ja tennispallot, jos haluat kokeilla kenttä. Kaikki mitä tarvitset mahtavaan lomaan. Kompleksissa on kaunis uima-allas ja poreallas. Myös tenniskenttiä ja sekoituslauta. Siellä on ulkogrilli ja suuri kokoontumistila suurille ryhmille. KOA Resort ei säästä kustannuksia siellä maisemoinnissa ja tunnet todella kuin olisit keskellä trooppista puutarhaa!

Great home

Beautiful grounds, the house was clean and stayed cool with air conditioning. We enjoyed the pool. The life jackets for our 1 and 3 year old, beach toys, beach chairs, and body boards were really nice for our days out. Great family place.

Maui never disappoints!

Spent ten days in this unit. It could definitely use some updates. But overall, it wasn’t bad. Light fixtures and switches were questionable. Perhaps labeling them would be helpful. Also lacked cookie sheet, tongs, and chip clips. A couple more food storage containers would have been nice. We bought one and left behind. The pool was the best around… the kids loved it! Property is beautiful. Communication with Andrea was great. Also beware…

A Great Week In Maui

The host kept in great contact with us, giving instructions and promptly answering the questions we had. The place was beautiful and clean. It came will many of the small items you need for a successful stay somewhere away from home, saving us time and money by not having to pick up those items at the store. Condo was very clean- some things a little outdated but overall a very nice experience. Appreciated the communication from the host beforehand and during the stay. Maui Kihei KOA Resort 1H

We had a fantastic holiday in Kihei thanks to our accommodation at KOA Resort. Angela, our host always responded in a timely manner to any of our questions before and during our stay. The apartment was very clean and organized with all the necessary supplies needed for cooking, sleeping and even extras to bring to the beach! There was a maintenance issue (squeaky dryer) that we reported to her and she had a maintenance person there the next day to fix it. The pool and BBQ's at the resort were clean and we never felt over crowded even though we were there during a holiday season. We loved the proximity to beach and food stores as well as easy access to the airport. Thank-you Angela for renting to our crew!

Great place to stay!

We had a great time and would easily come back again! The only wish I had, is that the kitchen would have oven friendly pans/trays. There was nothing we could use in the oven. I do think the pictures makes the place look newer/nicer/look better than it is, but we were definitely comfortable and overall happy with it!

Well stocked with toys and necessities for the pool and beach. Appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella, along with the cooler. Snorkeling equipment rental is a great idea. Very clean. Kitchen well stocked for cooking.

The property was nice and clean, they were in the process of painting. The unit itself was great a few differences from the pictures, but still great! There were many light switches that did not turn anything on, lights in the entry and washer area would've been nice. Also, had a bit of mildew on the shower curtain in the downstairs shower. But, do not let those minor things deter you from renting this unit. If given the chance I would rent it again. There are plenty of towels and beach towels. Also, great communication between Angela, so if you need anything just email her, she is quick to respond.

My husband and I, kids, and grand kids stayed at Angela's place during the last week of December2021/first week of January 2022. Let's start with the pros: Angela is very easy to work with and very accommodating. Check in was a breeze, we had the use of beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards etc, we were located on the north side of Kehei so it was easy to go north towards Kaanapali and south toward Maui's southern beaches. The grounds of the condo complex are lovely and the pool is nice. There's also a nice beach just across the street that week walked on every morning and watched the sunsets in the evening. The cons: This condo is somewhat smaller than presented in photos and a lot more "beat up" than presented. The walls, trim and baseboards in dire need of a coat of paint, the welcome mat is old and dirty, and a lot of small things were broken--outdoor lights, sliding doors, missing closet door handles, old and loose electrical outlets etc. We still enjoyed our stay and would probably even stay again, but it wasn't perfect.

Wonderful Condo!

Owner had great communication and replied very quickly. This unit was perfect for my family of 8. Checking in was very easy, and keyless. The beach is a right across the street, a short walk which was perfect. We would stay here again. Thank you Angela!

Communication was so easy with host. We stayed here for 3 nights during Christmas. They even provided us with a Christmas Palm Tree, which we loved. Property was well furnished, with lots of space for the 6 of us. Location is convenient to shopping and the beach is right across the street. Highly Recommended!!

We had a lovely time staying in this condo. Great location for travel between different areas of Maui. Condo well equipped for days at beach and rental company provided snorkel gear for a low cost and easy accessibility. Angela was wonderful and very responsive to questions and needs. Would stay here again!

Great condo for family beach vacation

Great family space and well supplied for cooking and activities. Resort has nice pool, tennis, ping pong, and is across the street from the beach! We kept the kitchen tidy and had NO bugs. Condo owner/management provided excellent communication and support.

Boligen svarer sket ikke til billeder, standarden er meget dårlig og der var meget beskidt og fedtet, så vi startede medtag gøre rent. De to enkeltsenge var helt ubrugelige, da de var ved at falde sammen. Badeværelset i nederste etage var dårligt, og der kom næsten ikke vand ud af bruseren. Dag 2 da vi kom retur virkede dørlåsen ikke, så vi måtte ringe til udlejer. Vi fik efter en halv time koden til nøgleboksen så vi kunne komme ind. Det betød at alarmen gik i gang hver gang vi løste og låste op. Udlejer lovede at ordne låsen, men det skete ikke. Poolen var lukket de to sidste dage, så den nåede vi slet ikke at bruge. Hver morgen omkring kl. 7, gik der havefolk rundt og larmede og vækkede alle. Godt vi kun havde 5 overnatninger 😖

Roaches!

The condo property is very nice. The condo itself is lovely except for the ROACHES - and a lot of them. Kitchen inadequately supplied, not enough blankets, no place to put luggage except the floor, and construction next door. The apartment doesn't really accommodate 9 people unless you are going to put 2 little kids on the pull-out couch - max 7 with 6 adults in beds and one on couch. We were 7 adults and 1 very tall 13yo. There were not enough comfortable sleeping arrangements for all of us. This was a definite misrepresentation of the accommodations. The office personnel on the property was very hostile and rude, blaming me for what seems the house cleaner neglected to leave for us. I contacted the property manager about the issues I had and the next day she brought new kitchenware and a blanket but NO ROACH SPRAY. She was not concerned about the roaches saying they probably should have bombed the condo before our arrival. She admitted she knew about the infestation and for the amount of money I paid, I would expect that every effort be made to make our vacation comfortable. She did offer to fix the ripped porch screen and broken closet door while we were there but I declined since those things did not impair our vacation - like the roaches and inadequate sleeping space. I AM REQUESTING A REFUND because of the undisclosed roach infestation and the misrepresentation of the sleeping accommodations.

Enjoyable stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. The owner responded to our questions promptly, the price was right, it was clean, and the grounds were beautiful. The beach right across the street from the condo isn't really good for swimming - lots of lava rocks just below the surface -but it is good for walking, playing in the sun, sunbathing, and sunsets, and there are other beaches nearby. Pretty much everything you need is supplied at the condo including a high chair, pack n play, and lots of water toys for the kids which was great! We had a large group, and the only thing we found ourselves needing more of were kitchen towels. We enjoyed having access to the tennis courts, ping pong tables, grills, beautiful pool, and using the boogie boards and swim noodles. There is also a nice, large grassy area near the pool that is perfect for playing frisbee if you bring one with you. The room with the twin beds does get a bit stuffy, but by keeping the fan on and the door open, it wasn't too bad. Our family had a great time and would stay again.

Great stay. Requires a few more basics but overall great!

Hi Angela. We enjoyed your home. Thank you for sharing. Overall the property location was great. We enjoyed just taking an Uber to the triangle for a few dollars. Also close to the grocery store and so great for the beach park and beach. I would recommend a few additional basics. Things like toilet paper, dishwasher soap and laundry soap should be available. These are things that require to be purchased in a fairly large quantity and I would expect them as part of the weekly rental The pool was great and the property was quite. I would stay again!
