Prime South Kihei location across the road from Kamaole Beach lll and a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive to Keawakapu Beach. Set on a 23 acres, Maui Kamaole is a lush, tropical resort with two swimming pools + spas, and two tennis courts.
J201 is a large, upgraded condo with two lanais to enjoy the garden views, sunset and stars. Enjoy open-concept living with a high, vaulted ceiling and comfortable Tommy Bahama furnishings. Both bedrooms have AC, ceiling fans and ensuite bathrooms. If you prefer staying in, cooking is a pleasure in the well-equipped kitchen and you can grill on the many resort BBQs. Come and experience relaxation, adventure, or both!

Mayi Family Visit

The condo itself was large and nicely appointed. The major problem was that the air conditioning units didn’t work. I told management about it on a Monday and nothing was done about it when we left on Thursday. The only room that had any kind of air conditioning was the master bedroom, so everyone had to go in that room to cool off. The fan in the master bedroom didn’t work, which was also reported and was never fixed. It’s apparent that the air conditioning units need to be replaced. The appliances are also old and should be replaced. The screen door on the living room lanai also needs to be fixed. I cannot recommend this unit to anyone based on the heat factor in this unit.

Great stay at Maui Kamaole

We enjoyed our stay at Maui Kamole. The condo is decorated nicely and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Beds were really comfortable and we appreciated the A/C. We had a small issue with a kitchen appliance and iTrip responded immediately. The condo is close to everything. We enjoyed both nice pools at the complex. My only complaint is everything needs a deep cleaning.

Nice stay, good location

Kamaole is a very nice development to stay. This units location near upper pool was very nice. Unit is a bit dated and some issues with noisy plumbing and bathroom fans. Unit was very clean upon arrival.

Family vacation

Our son, daughter-in-law and 4 of their 5 children stayed in this unit. Was beautiful and so close to the pool. They had a wonderful time and plan to visit again next year.

Great place to stay!

Nice condo! Great layout for a large family to all have comfortable beds to sleep in. Ideally located by the pool and not too long of a hike to the beach. We added some beach chairs, an umbrella, and sand toys, which are the only things I really felt it didn't have - the kitchen is well stocked and the condo is clean and has lots of pillows, blankets, and towels. Would definitely stay again!

The property was lovely: clean, comfortable, great deck, quiet, nice complex. Lots of towels. We cooked quite a bit and the unit had everything we needed. No issues. Would stay here again!

Excellent location, great unit for families, minor updates req'd

We ha a great stay and believe the unit was a good value for Maui at this time of year. We have stayed in Kihei and would stay at the Maui Kamaole again. There are a couple updates that really should be made. 1. An inventory of the kitchen needs to be done with a particular focus on the glassware. There were not enough drinking glasses. Additionally, the plastic glasses that were provided were split in 2 cases. We just made do with the mugs, but this would really irritate some tenants. 2. The sealant in the bathtub/shower in the main bathroom needs to be replaced. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, but that said many folks would require a higher standard. Victor

Fabulous location! Great for families

This condo is very nicely furnished and the kitchen is well stocked with lots of beautiful dishes, serving bowls, utinsels, etc. All the furnishings are very high end but do show wear and tear due to it being a vacation rental. It is wonderful having 2 beds upstairs and a seperate bedroom downstairs. The condo is extremely quiet and the grounds are beautifully maintained. The pools are fabulous as is the 5 minute walk to watch the sunset! The lanai is amazing great for morning coffee and an evening drink. Also, the AC is fantastic! The only reason I am marking the condo down was the cleanliness upon arrival. The condo could really use a deep cleaning, carpets, walls, baseboards, dusting, and the master bathtub really needs scrubbed. Also, there is only one decent beach chair although the clip is broke but it is useable. It would be nice to have at least a couple to use. Overall, it is extremely comfortable and nice condo.

Amazing property and location.

This unit was exceptional, and we could not have asked for a better location. The property is extremely well-maintained and in perfect proximity to Wailea and Kihei. I would absolutely recommend it for families. Our kids had a great set up upstairs and the master bedroom was spacious and comfortable. The proximity to the grill is also perfect on the property. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and access to great restaurants. A quiet property that is close to everything, we will definitely stay here again.

Great Time had by all

The pictures and description were accurate. Almost everything you might need was there, which was nice. The different areas made it nice to be able to have a little space from the group if you wanted at the end or start of the day. It was a short walk to get to the beach and we definitely made use of that- looking at tide pools at sunrise, playing in the water during the day and watching some beautiful sunsets. We rented a car and found it was easy to get around to the various areas of Maui.

Fantastic Stay!

We had the opportunity to have an extended stay here for 5 weeks. The unit is very spacious and open which can comfortably accomodate sleeping arrangements for 6 people (excluding the pull out couch which can accomoadte an additional 2 people if needed). The unit was almost fully stocked with kitchen, sleeping accomodations and beach stuff, though no beach umbrella was in the unit. The large lanai was great to lounge on in the monrings and evenings (though fully sun exposed later inthe afternoon and very hot). Two AC units in the condo (when used) kept the unit at a comfortable temperature level, especially at night. Very close access to the assigned parking stall, BBQ's, Garbage / Recycle bins, and the upper pool (fantastic!). Maui Kamaole is built on a hill and this unit is towards the back of the complex (upward hill climb from S.Kihei Road). This was not a problem at all for us, but just mentioning if there are any mobility issues for patrons. Overall our stay was great and we highly recommend this unit to any future guests!
