Condo B13 on 2 makuuhuoneen, Ocean View -tyylinen rivitalohuoneisto 2. tasolla Kihei Sands Condominiumsissa.     Kihei Sands Condominium sijaitsee suoraan yhdellä Mauin parhaista rannoista, Sugar Beachillä. Merenranta-uima-altaalta ja grillipatio-alueeltamme voit käytännössä koskettaa rantaa - puhdas, hiekkainen, asuttamaton ja venyttämällä mailia kumpaankin suuntaan. Kuinka kaukana se on rannalta?     Kihei Sands on erityinen paikka, joka on täynnä Alohan henkeä. Intiimi asettelu tarjoaa erinomaisen sijainnin tapaamisiin, ryhmämatkoille, häämatkalla, eläkeläisille, perheille, pariskunnille ja ystäville. Valittavana on 23 yksikköä, joten on helppo löytää täydellinen istuvuus kaikille ryhmällesi, makuuhuoneiden lukumäärästä (1, 2 ja 3) aina vuoteen kokoonpanoon.

Great Place!!!

Love this place! Close to flea market, swap meet, groceries & restaurants. But loved just to lay on the beach and by the pool! Definitely a great place to relax also.

It was awesome to be right by the beach, to be able to walk on the beach every day, enjoy the beach every evening, and to chat with other renters (who have been here often before). The units and complex were quiet and convenient to drive to and from.

They supplied everything we needed for the beach, towels, umbrella and chairs. The condo and condo grounds were clean and comfortable. The patio allowed for cooking on the grill and tables to enjoy dinner at the beach. Many people used this amenity which allowed us to chat with other guests. It was a good location that allowed us to get from place to place without long travel times.

Suffice it to say we are beyond thrilled to have found the South side of the island to be so much better. Sun every day, trade winds in the afternoon, mere steps from the pool to the ocean - the best of both worlds! We loved the central location and saw much more of the island than ever before - Kihei Sands is a great jumping-off spot for planning adventures. The condo was clean and comfortable and the gardens in the breezeway were gorgeous - they should charge admission to walk through! Staff was always available for recommendations on what to see and do. We will definitely be back!

A boutique-hotel feel at a reasonable price and excellent locatio

Reviewer Comments: While our initial reactions upon check-in were 'the pool is smaller than we thought' and 'maybe the room is too small for our family of 4' and 'our early check-in seems to have irritated the staff', we are ultimately very happy with our stay and absolutely would come again. We stay in a Kaanapali timeshare for a week every year and then move to Kihei for 3-4 days and like to try out different airBnBs/VRBOs. It's windier in this location, which makes the ocean right outside choppier, but it also keeps the air cooler. Wonderful to be able to be on the sand from our room in 30 seconds. While the pool is on the smaller size, we really loved the lounge area next to it- the lounges are in great shape with plenty of both shady and sunny options. We didn't barbecue or but the shared dining patio completely negates the need for an individual patio attached to our unit. It was quiet and intimate and never crowded. The A/C in both bedrooms and living room worked very well and kept us quite cool at night. It doesn't reach the bathrooms which can get a tad warm, but didn't bother us. The kitchen was very well equipped- from dishes to pans to utensils to ice packs in the freezer (we were just at another rental that gave us the bare minimum). Particularly delightful was the area under the outdoor stairs with toys, floats, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas and sand toys for community use. These are available to anyone staying at the facility, in addition to anything provided in the room. Our room had 4 tommy bahama chairs for use (2 brand new in plastic), a cooler, a beach bag and an umbrella. We always feel guilty leaving behind perfectly good toys or unused food/drinks, so I liked being instructed to leave behind unopened food in the fridge, and toys with the other. It was also a nice touch to see several bottles of sunscreen available for anyone's use.

The condo had very comfortable beds, but the rest of the unit definitely felt like a rental property. The fan in the kitchen is dirty and there was paint peeling by the lanai slider in the unit. I questioned the pool cleanliness, but it was getting a lot of use by kids. It would have been nice to see the ocean from the lawn chairs but the hedge is overgrown and weedy. Aside from that, we enjoyed the quiet accommodations and complimentary morning coffee and tea on the patio.

A quiet beachfront resort.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you are looking for a resort within walking distance to resturants and shopping dont book here. If you are looking for a quiet beachfront location, with a friendly vibe, this will meet your wants. All units are indivudual owned, therefore no 2 are alike. We have stayed in both the 1 and 2 bedroom units, if something is missing a quick chat with either of the Managers and it is promptly dealt with. Unit B13 is a nice 2 bedroom unit and is well equipped. What we enjoy mostly is the social aspect on the Lanai in the morning and at dinner time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second stay at Kihea Sands. The pool, patio and BBQ area is perfect. Sit on the patio and watch the whales and listen to the surf. Convenient location for sightseeing as well. Our unit had a few issues that were addressed. I would have the owners install a new mattress in the loft area as this one seems a tad old. They also could use a few more dish towels and a drying mat for dishes but that was a minor problem.

Best location in Kihei!

Walk to your private beach with all beach toys you can think of available! Quiet community and central to all. Beautiful units! Will definitely be here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family stayed at a Kihei Sands Beachfront condo for a week and we had a wonderful time. We were welcomed with a comfortable, clean, space and a basket of welcome gifts. The the beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We were three and made use of the sofa bed which was perfect for our group. The beach is just a few steps away. The location is great with easy access to Kihei and the roads leading to the other parts of the island. The place was peaceful and quiet. We were glad to be able to borrow some boogie boards and chairs available.
