Tämä kaunis Kihei Bay Vista -kompleksi ja huoneisto on yksi rauhallisimmista paikoista Kiheissä. Toivottava siitä, että olet poissa liikenteestä, mutta kätevällä etäisyydellä 5 mailin päässä White Sandy Beachistä. Kihei Bay Vista koostuu vain 60 yksiköstä, jotka sijaitsevat 4 rakennuksessa ja kahdessa kerroksessa. Alle minuutin vastapäätä kompleksia on National Marine Sanctuary, Kalepolepo -puisto ja Sugar Beach -alue. Huoneisto on täysin varustettu täysin varusteltu keittiö, pesukone / kuivausrumpu, TV, elektroniikka, silitysrauta / -lauta, rantavälineet, ilmainen internet, liinavaatteet / pyyhkeet ja kaikki mitä tarvitset lomalla. Unelma Mauissa kuninkaallisessa sängyssä ja rentoudu iltaisin TV: n kanssa makuuhuoneessa. Erittäin mukava kuningatar vuodesohva oleskelutilassa, lisävieraille / nukkumismahdollisuuksille. TV, ilmastointi ja viihde ovat olohuoneessa, ilmainen internet myös tarjolla. Illallinen ja $ ave, condo on mahtuu 4 pöydässä, samoin suuri Lanai tarjoaa pöydän / tuolit. Lanai on upea paikka joka aamu aloittaa kupillisella Havaijin kahvia ja aamiaista. Koet myös Mauin uskomattomat auringonlaskut tai rentoutua vain nauttia juoman ja kirjan. Paikan päällä on grillausmahdollisuus grillata joitain Mauin Onon "herkullisia" kala- tai aterioita. Loistava kuohuviini-allasalue on upea R&R: lle ja perheelle. Nauti auringosta lepotuoleilta tai voit nauttia varjostuksesta suuren katosalueen alla, jossa on pöytä ja tuolit. Sensaatiomainen kylpytynnyri on mukava pitkän seikkailunhaluisen päivän jälkeen saarella. Voit jopa tavata muutaman uuden ystävän! Tämä kompleksi on tullut poissa kotoa Mauissa! Host was amazing, place wasn’t cleaned when we got there but they followed up quickly & offered to clean it as well as credit our cleaning fee a day. Place was in a perfect location too with quick walking access to the beach & nice pool & jacuzzi.

Overall all was well with the stay. Our only issues were that the condo had mustyness in it due to a few factors. There was recently a flood in Kihei so that might have been a factor. We had to clean out shower drain when we arrived. Some type of sludge in drain and washing machine was very musty. When we got things cleaned up,all was great!

The condo was so perfect for our trip! So nice to have a full size kitchen! On top of that, the place came with boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, so many things we did not have to rent! Pool, hot tub and grounds are well kept! Had one issue with the stove and it was promptly attended to. Only complaint would be that the doors were not the cleanest. Otherwise it was a fantastic place for our trip!

Good value

For starters we would stay here again but did have some hiccups. First of all it took a lot of driving around, trying other complexs, coming back, and walking around to find it. Note that you can only see buildings A-C from the parking lot. You need to park and walk in to find building D. From there we walked by the pool which unfortunately was full of folks rowdily drinking for many hours. After they left we did find the pool and hot tub and other guests to all be lovely. The house itself was nice, a good amount of space for our family of 3, and the washer and dryer were a huge plus. Unfortunately when we got there the toilet got clogged and there was no plunger so we had to call the emergency line for the property caretaker. She did come quickly, fixed the clog, and left us a plunger which thankfully was unnecessary the rest of our stay. The only other snag which we hadn't realized before the manager came and wasn't worth having her come back for was we couldn't find dish soap (there was maybe one but the label was not in english and according to translating apps it was a heavy duty cleaner designed to be diluted etc.) and the available brush to clean the dishes was dirtier then we were comfortable with. That being said there was a dishwasher and dishwasher soap so we used that instead. The house did have boogie boards which my son had a blast with and the outdoor shower made sure we were able to clean off afterwards.

Beautiful Condo

This condo was in the perfect location. The ocean is right across the street, where we would go see turtles lying on the sand. One morning(5:30 am), there were 11 turtles between the sand and the shallow water!. This condo was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The pull out bed is probably the only one that I could sleep on with ease. There are two air conditions, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. There were plenty of towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, linens and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you would need for cooking your meals. The washing machine and dryer is absolutely a plus. You can pack less clothes because you'll need the room for your souvenirs. Anytime that I had a question or issue arise, the communication was fast and the question or issue was resolved. We would definitely stay here again!

This property is exactly as listed. Might be considered a little dated but for the price, can’t be beat. Loved the pineapple theme found throughout the condo. Shower was great, bed comfortable and kitchen fully stocked (toaster should be replaced).

I have stayed in different units several times. This unit was updated and clean. The air conditioner is probably in need of replacement. It was a little warm at times after being away and then wanted it to cool off the unit. Nice walk in shower. comfy bed. Nice washer/dryer unit my inky issue was I needed to use a small footstool to reach the controls on the dryer. .Pool and hot tub are two excellent amenities always well kept and very njce to have. Beach is right across the street.

Great stay in Maui

We had a wonderful time in Maui! This condo was perfect for our family. It had plenty of toys, a well stocked kitchen and comfy beds. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub too. Location is centrally located. Would stay here again.

Relaxing Stay in Kihei

We enjoyed the location of this property. It was quiet, except for the traffic noise during the day. The location across from the National Humpback Whale Sanctuary was perfect. We could watch the sunset from the beach across the road and usually see sea turtles resting at the shore. The only correction I would ask the property owner to make is, if you are going to advertise a TV in the bedroom, please put one there. There is NOT one there, which didn't matter to us, but I am sure it does to some people. OR remove it from your description of property amenities. We would stay there agaIn. Aloha!

We would stay again

Having the pool and hot tub was a great addition to this trip, being able to escape the sand and waves to a 3ft to 6ft deep pool was great for our 3 and 8 year old. The Condo complex is in a fantastic location, close to shops and restaurants but not so close that you feel like you are in a busy area. The complex is well cared for and the living quarters were in great condition as well. Being able to make our own meals and do laundry in the condo was also amazing with small kids. Highly recommend this location.

Great condo in a great location

This condo was perfect for us. Lots of good restaurants close by and walking distance to the beach. My only complaint is that the check-in instructions weren't very clear, we had to hunt around the property to find the building and condo and never did understand where exactly we were supposed to park. And since we got in after business hours we couldn't get ahold of anyone to clarify. But the condo itself was really nice, perfect size, comfy bed, had everything we needed.
