”Spent one night at the hotel. It is easy to find and situated near the M62. The soundproofing is very good and we could not hear the traffic to our room. Room was OK size. We were so tired so we ordered room service. We got our food quite quickly. The burger was excellent, but the pizza was not so good. The breakfast next morning was tasty. A nice hotel with helpful staff :)”
”Excellent property with everything you could wish for! Lovely spacious room which was extremely clean. Comfy bed plus we were lucky enough to have a room with a little balcony. Short walk into the town which had plenty to offer. Will definitely check availability if we're back in the area. ”
”No air conditioning in the rooms even if advertised in Trivago and such. A window is not an air conditioning! Thru day there should be a tsble fan in every room but no, when :fully booked" no spare to give.

”Love these older style hotels. There has clearly been recent refurbishment and the reception and staircase look great and in keeping with su a property. The standard room we stayed in was basic and if older style but very clean. Everything worked as expected and we had a great sleep.
As there is no on site restaurant the foyer and downstairs area lack a bit of ambience and I would suggest some music be played to make it a bit more welcoming
