The toilet in the room made a loud sound on flushing. When we spoke to the front desk, they were supposed to have fixed it. Sadly, it made the loud sound for longer. On day two, I asked for more decaffeinated coffee and sugar. A shopping bag full of caffeinated coffees and milks were left on the desk.

Lovely hotel nice and clean toilet seat broken and TV would not turn on reported as soon as we arrived left for the day but still not fixed or batteries replaced in tv remote when returned nothing major apart from that very nice hotel

Everything you could want in a Hotel
Super hotel located adjacent to Killarney National Park on Muckross Road. Superb room (bridal suite) though we only booked a luxury suite. Great shower and spa bath excellent water pressure. Full Irish and continental Breakfast buffet included in our room price which was great value! Two great restaurants with very good food. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough - you would not be disappointed.

Brilliant hotel
Absolutely lovely place to stay, greeted by a very friendly young lady who was most welcoming and pleasant. Lovely clean spacious room with spotless en-suite. Breakfast was great, buffet with loads of choices of well cooked and plentiful food. Really well situated for the National Park. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely return. More than happy with our stay.

Great choice just outside town.
Nice hotel and friendly staff. But in the summer, it can get warm-- and there's no air conditioning. Close enough to town so peaceful.

It would have been helpful knowing it was a wedding venue. The band played until 3 am so it was difficult to sleep.

Jederzeit wieder!
Wir haben in diesem Hotel eine Woche verbracht, um uns Killarney und Umgebung anzuschauen. Wir haben und sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Die Abreise ist uns sehr schwer gefallen - das Hotel hatte einen großen Anteil daran. Unser Zimmer war ein Traum. Sauber, ruhig, geräumig, bequemes Bett, guter W-LAN Empfang - was will man mehr? Das Personal am Empfang ist sehr freundlich. Um unsere Anliegen wurde sich jederzeit sofort gekümmert. Der Service beim Frühstück könnte noch etwas besser sein. Generell ist das Frühstück typisch irisch, insofern absolut den Erwartungen entsprechend. Es schmeckt durchweg lecker. Ein bisschen mehr Abwechslung würde allerdings trotzdem nicht schaden. Zwei mal waren wir Abends im Hotelrestaurant essen. Es schmeckte uns sehr gut. Der Service ist am Abend ausgezeichnet.

I arrived late in the evening after a long day of driving to find out the walls of the rooms are paper thin allowing for every sound to pass through them. My room was on the first floor close to the lobby & bar which didn’t help with noise issues. No hot water the next day, I asked about the hot water at check out & was told staff was aware however did not notify anyone & were not working on it “yet”

Hi Amy, We are sorry that you did not have a positive experience. We do not usually have a loud bar on a Wednesday night as it is mid week with no music and usually things finish up at around 10am. Regarding the hot water, unfortunately this was a once off situation which we did in fact deal with as soon as we were made aware. We have 24 hour maintenance to deal with issues such as this on site. We apologise for the inconvenience related to the water, in the future do call us to the room immediately so that we can take immediate action.

Great little hotel
I stayed here last night while working in the area. I found the room spotless, well maintained and a decent size. I ate in the bar and the food was fantastic, service was great (attentive but not overbearing), and the staff we super friendly. Breakfast was great too. I couldnt fault the hotel, and I will be working in the area in a few weeks, this will be my place of choice!

The stay was lovely. I would definitely recommend the hotel and stay there again. From the room to the food, everything was fabulous. Room was nice and spacious. Hotel easily accessible. Free on site parking was ideal.
