We just returned from an incredible ski trip to Killington and cannot recommend BaseLoj enough! From the moment we booked, our hosts, Dan and Holly, were exceptionally helpful and made sure every detail was taken care of for a stress-free getaway. They are truly premier hosts. They were super informative about the area and provided a pristine, comfortable home-away-from-home. Their communication was seamless throughout our entire stay. The condo itself is the definition of a mountain retreat. After a long day on the slopes, walking into such a warm, inviting space was the best feeling. We spent our evenings curled up on the comfortable furniture, and the decor really gives you that "classic ski lodge" feel that makes a Vermont trip special. It’s the kind of place where you want to slow down and relax. The proximity to the mountain is unbeatable. We loved being just a short walk from the Snowshed base. On a cold day, the free shuttle picked us up right outside the building and had us at the lifts in about two minutes. Having access to the Mountain Green health spa was a massive bonus as well. After a long day on the "Beast," the indoor pool, hot tubs, and sauna were the perfect way to recharge before heading back to our cozy home. We also really appreciated the onsite ski shop (Black Dog Sports) for quick gear needs and when it came to getting something to eat, the ease of getting to the best restaurants on the access road. We highly recommend BaseLoj!
