”Big enough for four adults, no problem. The guest hosts are excellent and will take care of anything immediately. (Grill propane was empty and got replaced as soon as they were notified!). ”

The place was very clean, comfy, and in a great location — only about 20 minutes from the park, which made it super convenient. After a long day of walking and rides, we especially loved relaxing in the hot tub. It was the perfect way to end the day! We would definitely stay here again.”

”Booked stay on a Tuesday, we were 1 hour away and they texted on Friday that they did not have a reservation for us because they double booked. Had to find another place to stay while on the road and they also have not been helpful in the refund process. I have had to reach out to Vrbo support.”

”We appreciate the walk-in and no stairs was a plus. Would appreciate a walk-in shower. FYI there are safety bars for each shower. But they are not located in a useable way. They need to be installed on the other end of the shower. This is a safety issue. Also the tub is very slippery. A safety bar in the shower would also be helpful.I know this sounds petty but I don’t want to fall. The deck is lovely in the morning. The morning sun is welcome. But the entire apartment needs a redo: paint, new...

”So let me start off with, we went into this hoping for the best because it only had two ratings at 5 stars. It wasn’t a terrible price for the amount of space and what we were looking for. That was our mistake I guess. First, we got in at 4pm which was check in time, and we weren’t able to get into our room until around 4:15 because the code we received didn’t work. We then proceeded to walk into a rental that had not been touched since the people before us stayed in it. In about 5-10 minutes...

”We stayed here. The place was as described once we got in. The door pad did not work called and took over an hour in cold for someone to get there. Then when man got there he could barely walk or even get the key in door. Gave us a family of 9 1 key to get in. We was suppose to have management call us Saturday morning. Hoping the door would be fixed nope it wasn’t was inconvenient all weekend and very one had to stay together in order to get back in. With kids who needed rest this was difficult....
