”The rooms and public spaces are beautifully designed and managed. Exceeding expectations! The breakfast at Constanza is not worth the money for a traveller with liking to traditional Western foods. Service at Constanza is also slow and slightly clumsy. The awkward service breaks at the spa / pool / gym have to be attended. It is a pity that a guest has to think about such things. Nonetheless, super rooms and outstanding staff!”

”Second time staying in this hotel. Room itself is not big however you have everything you need. Especially bathroom in great condition and great size. Room cleaning standards are high. Great transportation to airport (1 bus which take you straight to incheon). Easy access to everywhere in Seoul.”

”This is great hotel. The only problem is that the prices have increased quite a lot. The location is great is to get from metro. When it changed from Mercure to Marriot, the prices increased. The service is great and especially the front desk people are very helpful and friendly. ”

”This hotel is located very near Exit 3 of Seolleung station (Line 2) of Seoul subway system. For this reason, it was extremely easy to visit anywhere in Gangnam, Seoul. I just love the location of this hotel. In fact, I stayed at this hotel for more than 10 nights in 2024 and 2025. And I did not stay at any other hotel in Seoul in 2024 and 2025.”

”Didn’t have breakfast but had the buffet which was a little bit expensive but lots to choose from , and had a dinner in the cafe with a lovely pot of earl grey and cake , unfortunately didn’t get to use the pool or gym , very clean and polite staff.”
