”Check in was easy you get a code sent for the front and room door, very well equipped with a small kitchen area with a fridge which when travelling with a dog was really useful for the food. Bed lovely and comfy with a small balcony area to sit out and as the weather was so good was perfect. Ample parking with a very short walk into Aviemore, plenty local shops, cafes and pubs/restaurants to choose from ”

”We only had an overnight stay, but this was long enough to enjoy our accommodation. The apartment was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. ”I stayed here for a 2 day conference in Boat of Garten and was within a 5 minute walk of the venue. Great comms from the hosts and place was perfectly presented and very comfortable; you might want to place another comment book in there as the existing one is full although it was fun reading through people's thoughts and and suggestions and you have clearly followed up on these. If i'm back this way, it would be the first place i book. Thanks Again. Breakfast options were a nice touch, thankyou...

”Gareth mer us on arrival and we were made to feel very welcome.Gareth and 'the ' boys' ( the Dogs Loki & Joshi, both absolutely beautiful and very friendly ) were about if you needed them but were never intrusive.The property was very clean and had lots of little touches and you have full use of the garden and all facilities. We would ( and have ) recommend the Beeches to anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful break. We will definitely be going back Thank you Gareth.”
