Bathroom was private for our room, though not connected to the room itself. The bathroom was very nice. Our room also had a sink in the bedroom itself.
Bed was a bit soft - the mattress was not the most comfortable, but overall, no issue.

”Old school stately charm, the staff make an effort to provide a luxurious experience in this historically grand hotel. Great to have a bathtub, bathrooms have been renovated. Treats and coffee/tea provided in the room. Friendly and cozy pub for visitors and locals with full menu available. Grand, formal dining room and halls for guests. Typical Scottish decor, plaid carpets with random sections of scenic wallpaper amid beautiful old woodworking.

”Quiet area and comfortable stay. The place had all the necessary amenities for a night’s stay. They offer a nice lounge and provide both a microwave and a refrigerator, which made it convenient to bring and enjoy our own food. Overall, a pleasant experience!
