They moved me to a new hotel where I had to book a new room and pay for it out of pocket. They said I would be refunded but then refused when I asked. Do mot book this hotel.”

”The rooms seemed clean enough but there we stains on the bedspread and on the curtains. The breakfast only had a few items, though the coffee was fresh brewed.”

”The staff was outstanding! We enjoyed the size of the room and the equipped kitchen. The little alcove outside the bathroom was a nice touch for two people getting ready. The outdoor seating areas were nice in the evening with fire pit going. Would definitely recommend this place.”

”DIRTY.. SAW ROACHES IN THE ROOM. DID NOT STAY THE WHOLE NIGHT. LEFT AT 2AM. EMAILED AND NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM. YOU EVEN HAD TO PAY 10 BUCKS TO PARK IN A REGULAR PARKING LOT.”

”There are a lot of renovations going on, and it might not be at the height of its game… But they do everything they can there to make you comfortable… Including upgrades and five star service. We would definitely go back they are renovating the spa which I believe is probably taking away from giving attention to other parts of the property, but I believe the owner and his staff have all the right intentions and because of that and because of their service, we will definitely be back.”

”The room was freezing cold for about a half hour when we got there but the heater worked well and eventually it warmed up. Room was large and clean. Parking was right in front of room. Wish the room had a full length mirror. People travel when they have an event to go to and we like to see how we look. The bathroom mirror sort of tilts down for a bit of an outfit check but a full length would have been great. Bed was comfortable and bedding was really nice! Guy who runs the place was very nice!...

”We arrived late in the night, our room key wouldn’t work so after 2 times down to the front desk, they helped us get another room and once we got into the 2nd room, we noticed someone had been sleeping in the bed and there was sand all in the shower so they found us a 3rd room and it was down in the basement next to the housekeeping and was so loud in the morning after getting literally 4 hours sleep and no discount on room either night, just an offer of complimentary breakfast.”

”Upon check-in at 12:30am, the clerk informed me it was no longer 6/13 and I was now checking in on 6/14. I explained that check-in was allowed til 5:30am per their check-in policy and i could show him my receipt, he ignored what I said. He proceeded to cancel my reservation and rebook a room then told me to speak to the person at the desk in the morning. At 8am there was a knock at my door which was the front desk telling me my res was cancelled and I needed to pay again. He told me to speak to...
