”The location and staff and room were amazing. The only concern I had was the $150 per night deposit. While I know it is standard, it's a lot for someone to have held while on vacation. This was the highest total I have had to pay, and I have stayed at the midtown hilton in NYC. I just wish there was a smaller fee. ”

”Hotel is clean, perfect location, it is close the restaurant and stores and minutes away from the mall. Rooms are very spacious perfect for family. I would stay at this hotel again.”

”We had a great room on the 4th floor. Spacious and included a nice little kitchen. The hotel location is convenient to local shops and restaurants. Staff was attentive and friendly. I have now found my go-to place when visiting family in town. If I had to complain about anything it would be that the housekeeper ran our dishwasher with only 5 small items in it; it ran for a long time and was very loud. They provided dish soap but no dish brush or we would have simply washed them ourselves. ”

”Spacious suite, all the amenities of a kitchen, lounge area, work space, sleep area and bathroom. Excellent floor plan. Terrific breakfast. I used the gym, but saw many in the pool and hot tub daily. ”

”The room was freezing cold for about a half hour when we got there but the heater worked well and eventually it warmed up. Room was large and clean. Parking was right in front of room. Wish the room had a full length mirror. People travel when they have an event to go to and we like to see how we look. The bathroom mirror sort of tilts down for a bit of an outfit check but a full length would have been great. Bed was comfortable and bedding was really nice! Guy who runs the place was very nice!...

”Right off the highway. Good value. Breaksfast is bready, carb bomb type offerings- no eggs or hard boiled eggs. But I would still stay there again. The coffee in the morning is very good though. Clean hotel. Good launching point for the New Paltz area which is a five minute or less drive to the restaurants and downtown area. 20 minutes to Lake Minnewaska and the hiking areas there.”
