”Rooms are spacious and beds are comfy. The breakfast on the weekends is a disaster as it was very crowded and the staff was running around in panic. Overall, I dont think the hotel is worth the money. ”

”This hotel was beautifully decorated and restored, rooms were fantastic BUT small for two people-VERY TiGHT! Staff were okay polite and respectful, but all seemed to be students or backpackers. The night the fire alarm sounded at 2:15am no one seemed to know why . Getting staff to understand questions in English had to be repeated at least twice. Otherwise the hotel is fabulous if you like to repeat yourself and like small rooms. ”

”Walking distance to almost everything. As a whole a ok place. Depending on what you like, most would most likely give better review, but this was not my kind of place. Road work causes noise. Also you can hear noise from trafic ect. Floors and other surfaces are not cleanded. I wiped the bathroom floor and the were alot on dust and hair (I has not yet used the room). The fridge is more like a minibar. Not the most practical and functional room, if you would like to cook food yourself.”

”No vending machine to access snacks when everything closed for the evening, had to walk tje city streets at 4am for refreshments ”

”Clean and comfortable hotel in a very good location, near metro and tram and shopping area. Very friendly and helpful staff. ”

”I am very pleased with my stay at this hostel! Room had ensuite and nice view from the window and beds were comfy. Breakfast was definitely worth the money! It had coffee, tea, apples, pears, toast with different spreads, 4 types of cereal plus milk, yoghurt and muffins. The view from the rooftop terrace is phenomenal! Such great location! Only minus side would be non-free luggage storage.”

”The location is perfect, beautiful walking route to opera house, Harbour Bridge and ferry quay. I would have given full 5/5 point, but it was very irritating that even we have prepaid “well-priced” breakfast, we couldn’t get both coffee and orange juice, which belong always to our breakfast. We have to choose either coffee OR juice”

”We were upgraded to a two bed apartment it was perfect. Everything was comfortable. Loved the use of The Darling pool facilities. ”
