My overall expectations wasn’t met, upon arrival they gave us a room that the king size bed is a combination of 2 double beds put together to make a king size bed so in the middle part of it it’s too uncomfortable, I think this things are only done in a budget hotel. The room style is quite old and need to be renovated to catch up with modern style hotels, the bathroom floor tiles are too slippery, it seems that floor tiles are supposed to be wall tiles. Elevators are too slow and one of it is under maintenance so it makes it more slower. The location is good however if you are coming from the L train from George st, it’s an uphill climb, so if you are an elderly or disabled, this hotel is not good and difficult to reach. Upon check out, we were charged for bottles of water that we thought was complimentary and no one advised us that it’s non complimentary and it’s just a still water with the hotel name on it, not even a branded water like Evian or Fiji. The staff and service are just ok, it seems that they are just doing their job and nothing out of the extra ordinary. So I’m not really sure if this is a 5 star hotel, for me it’s just a 2 star or 3 at the most.
