”Beautiful views and friendly staff”

”This rental has it all. Located in the woods close enough to Kings Beach to enjoy the all the amenities, but away from the traffic and crowds. Comfortable and beautifully appointed unit, with spa, pool and excellent hiking trails. We were here for the 4th of July and hiked the nearby trail to the beach to watch the fireworks. Wonderful!”

”What went well: Closer to Kings Beach, surrounded by trees, ample car parking space, nice pool, and clubhouse. The kitchen was good. What needs improvement: The property is not up to the mark for the price paid. I have stayed in other places that were even better for 3/4 of the price I paid here. Very congested studio room. 1 bunk bed, and it was suffocating. The couch in the living room was not comfortable at all; it kept moving and caused discomfort. ”This is a nice, well-appointed home. The living spaces have been refreshed and made to feel familiar and comfortable. Pool access, keyless entry, hi-speed internet with a great TV. The complex was very quiet and nicely close to town. We’ll stay again!”

”Didn’t know on the listing that it was a shared cabin. Also right when I pulled up to the house the designated parking space for guests had a tree stump in the middle of it with no cone. I didn’t realize it until it was too late and I scraped the whole undercarriage of my brand new car. The hot tub wasn’t very private, neighbors could see you from the outside, so I ended up not using it. Other than that I thought the inside was super clean and tidy, fully renovated. ”

”This was our second time booking this home; it gave us a sense of “home being away from home.” It had all the necessities one needs. There was a nice, hot day and was relieved we had a blender to make smoothies! It is family friendly and close to Northstar which was perfect for our ski/snowboarding getaways. There are a lot of places to eat within a 10-30 minute drive. Would love to book this place again if it is offered during the summer time as we’ve never stayed in Lake Tahoe during that...
