”Avoid at all costs. This property charged me $1,000 without any warning, accusing me of shattering a bathroom glass that they later found broken. I was given no evidence, no proof, and no opportunity to properly dispute the claim. I was absolutely not responsible for the damage, yet I was treated as if I was guilty by default. ”Fantastic location and a wonderful stay overall. The hosts were incredibly attentive and communicated clearly and promptly from before our arrival through checkout, which made everything seamless and stress-free. The property was exactly as described. Highly recommend! ”

It was truly remarkable how genuinely friendly and helpful the staff members were. We even found the exceptionally friendly service in many of the other venues that we visited nearby. ”I lived a mile from this upscale hotel, and can highly recommend it! I skied at what was Squaw Valley USA, and is now Palisades Tahoe. You literally walk 50 feet to the nearest chairlift. The hotel is built to a very high standard, and features exceeding good views, a marvelous spa & pool, and golf. This is a superb place to vacation! Mike”
