”Excellent location with garden and parking, convenient for central London and lovely hosts.”

”A bright, spacious, clean, comfortable & well situated/connected place to stay & travel to/from London & surrounding areas.Samuel was contactable & always responded promptly relaying any information required both courteously & professionally.”

”Booked before it had many reviews and it was too late to book elsewhere. I used self-check in as I arrived after 5pm, and every toilet was out of toilet paper. I wasn’t provided with any until the next morning as there was no one at reception until 11:00 the next day. The room didn’t have a bin either which makes rubbish management difficult. I was also never given any information on whether the plates etc. were for use by anyone or of they belonged to permanent residents. Check out is at 11...

”Excellent location near St Pancras and Euston stations. Nice spacious room and lovely ensuite. Great to have kettle, microwave and hairdryer. My room was in the basement which was fine as I only had a rucksack, but stairs could be tricky with heavy luggage. Communication with Sarah was excellent, she's so helpful! Would definitely book here again.”

”Great looking apartment. ”

”There was an infestation of sewer flies in the downstairs of the property, perhaps due to a food recycling bin. Tiles in the bathroom had moldy grout. The walls were grimy. We have photos. Altogether, it had a dirty feel which is not what one expects for the premium price.”

”The house was clean, well located and comfortable. We were lucky they were such nice people, and graciously cancelled their booking, or we could have had an issue. After this, we received no communication from the host to apologise until we contacted him.If the hosts are going...

”Very nice host. Very clean and comfortable. Great location for getting to an early flight at the airport.”

”Perfect accommodation for What we required. It is situated in a perfect spot too. Great host and will hopefully be back.”

”Great location and price. However, the cleanliness of the room and bathrooms could have been bett”

”House was large, comfortable and very well kept with updated kitchen appliances. Washer and dryer available so doing laundry was very convenient. Easy walk to tube station. Host very responsive to all guest communication. Highly recommend.”

”4 of us stayed for a friends birthday - went for an afternoon tea at Burnham Beeches hotel which was lovely. Then returned to accommodation for an evening in. The property was really really lovely. Host was great, property was great, location great and overall lovely stay.”
