Tämä kaunis Etelä-Devonin kulma on täydellinen paikka nauttia perhelomasta tai rentouttavasta lomasta ystävien kanssa ja lisätä hieman ylellisyyttä lomallesi, miksi ei ota kattohuoneistoa?

Kauniissa huoneistossasi on oma sisäänkäynti rakennuksen takaosassa ja heti, kun pääset sisälle, olet valmis rentoutumaan ja näkemään. Moderni muotoilu heijastuu kaikkialla, matalasta sohvalla voit rentoutua illalla unelma-keittiöön, jossa voit valmistaa illallisen perheelle, ja avoin muotoilu tarkoittaa, että et menetä jotain.

Kolme upeaa huonetta tarjoavat rauhallisen tilan vetäytyä kiireisen päivän jälkeen etsimään Etelä-Devonin herkkuja.

Rannalla on kadehdittava asema Slapton Sandsissä, unelias kylä Devonin etelärannikolla, joka tunnetaan parhaiten kolmesta kilometristä kivirantaansa ja Slapton Leyn luonnonpuistoon. Sitä käytettiin myös USA: n armeijan harjoittelupaikkana toisen maailmansodan D-päivän valmisteluun. Jos haluat tutustua kauempanakin, Dartmouth ja Salcombe ovat helpon matkan päässä.

Regular communication from the property manager in the lead up to our stay. Travel and property entry details were clear and helpful. The property itself was spotlessly clean; spacious and light; with a well equipped kitchen with all your homely facilities; had convenient dedicated parking; and perfectly located for access to the beautiful areas around South Hams, and of course Torcross with its 3 mile beach and picturesque surroundings.

Had a great time here with the family. Booking was simple and easy, the communication before the stay was the best I have experienced. Plenty of detailed information on the place and locality. On arrival there were biscuits and beer left for us which was a lovely touch. Parking was easy and just a 30 second walk away. The apartment itself was very well stocked, everything we needed was available. From coffee machines to wine fridge. Fans in all rooms (much needed), high quality fixtures and fittings all with easily accessible instruction booklets. We had a fabulous week.

This is a beautifully decorated mordern property with keen eye for detail including a baby gate and baby chair. The property managers were very responsive to my texts. Beach and little restaurants are a stones throw away. The village has shops and Spar and on the other side the black Sands beach is very accessible. Beautiful views from the house. One thing to note is for those who have difficulty climbing stairs, and carrying luggage up the stairs there are 2 flights of stairs and bit of walking in the building to reach the Penthouse when entered from the main door or if you choose to enter from rear entrance you will have steep slope and flight of stairs. The designated free parking was convenient. Over all we had a pleasant, stress free enjoyable stay.

The apartment was lovely..lots of space and games to entertain the children. The location is excellent not only for the beach immediately in front but also for getting to lots of great places in South Devon. A great base for visiting the area. Unfortunately a previous occupant appeared to have broken the washing machine and not reported it so it wasn’t useable. However the managing company reacted quickly and it will be fixed for future occupants. The only other request is a manual for the coffee machine and the hob. Having been directed to the magnet to operate the hob we still couldn’t figure it out! Overall an excellent stay, thank you.

Really nice property, perfect for our family group, including a 1yr old grandson. Close to beach and Duckery, perfect for early morning walks. The South Hams is a fabulous area for walking, beaches and picturesque towns.

If you can cope with all the steps this is a great apartment and the views are wonderful of sea and countryside. Everything you need is there. It's right next to the pebble beach (quite a steep slope into the sea) and there are lots of other lovely beaches and places to visit nearby (don't expect to get anywhere quickly, though, as the country lanes are narrow).

An excellent situation for exploring wonderful countryside and for looking out on it when it rained. As six adults and one 9 mth old we found the apartment very well equipped and especially appreciated the large and open plan kitchen/lounge and its excellent views of the sea and fresh water lake. The two upstairs bedrooms have the disadvantage of being in the roof, leading to the necessity to duck to avoid hitting ones head and the number of steps leading to the apartment might not suit everyone, but we found these minor issues and would certainly consider returning.

We have been regular visitors to 'On the beach' for over ten years and love it. Weather was spectacularly rough this time so spent a little bit more time inside than normal. Lovely apartment with everything you need but the sofa in this one does need changing. I have got old and it's just uncomfortably low!:=). Our thanks as always.. The Baldwin.
