This 3 bedroom / 4 bath villa has a gated entrance and off street parking just inside the gate.
There is an outdoor shower and charcoal grill for your use.
There is A/C in all the bedrooms and in the living room.
Each bedroom has a private bath and there is a common bath in the living room.
The spacious living room opens out to a deck and patio and features a large TV with a DVD player and an extensive DVD collection.
FREE Wifi is provided.
The spacious kitchen is stocked with all your cooking needs or choose to dine at any of the fine locations in walking distance.
It is just a short walk to Cane Bay beach where you can choose to swim, snorkel and relax or book a scuba adventure at the dive shop there.

Awesome location. Beautiful view, loved the decks, easy walk to the beach, very quiet. Great well stocked kitchen. Good laundry with extra linens. Great air conditioning for the bedrooms. WiFi was reliable. No cell service, shower pressure a bit lacking. Some of bed rooms and beds a little dated but comfy. Central location between the 2 big cities 20-25 min to both. Closest grocery store 15 min. Definitely needed and wanted a car got used to driving on the left side of the road quickly. Went scuba diving at cane bay. We absolutely loved the slow pace of this location and home.

We stayed here for a week with our 3 grown children. It was wonderful! Having Mr. Philip meet us at the airport & guide us to the property as well as let us in was such a great addition! We had a couple issues that were taken care of in a timely fashion. The views are incredible! Thank you for your hospitality!

This is my first negative review in 15 years. Positives: a well stocked kitchen and location. The waves hitting the rocks were relaxing to watch. Cane beach is beautiful. Make reservations with AMA restaurant as soon as you get there. If you can't get a reservation eat at Sunset Bar. You can get the same food. Negatives: The pool was dirty and low in water when we arrived. After two weeks of hearing that the pool company was coming, we were disappointed because we never got to use the pool. The key pad to the man gate did not work. We ended up keeping the car gate unlocked. There was only one car gate remote. There was no gas grill, just a charcoal grill. We rented the house for two weeks and the first Thursday we alerted the property manager (pm) of a gas leak to the stove. We turned off the gas and went without a stove/oven till the next Wednesday afternoon. Seven days without a stove or oven. We like to cook and this was very frustrating. The bathroom showers were dirty. The blinds and fans had sticky dust on them. Two beds were labeled kings but one was a queen and the other was two twins pushed together with an ill fitting foam pad. The third was possibly a small queen. Some lamps didn't work. The outside furniture was in very bad shape. Thank goodness for the pads making them tolerable. We enjoyed St Croix but cooking our meals and hanging out at the pool were two things we looked forward to. Unfortunately this was not to be.

The host was welcoming! That being said there were things with the house that we could not overlook. We were not able to use the pool. It was below the filter line when we arrived and it was dirty. We sent a picture to our host and he apparently called the pool company because they showed up and cleaned it but did not fill the pool. By the time we left it was a good 4" below the filter line. There was supposed to be a gas grill. When we went to use it we couldn't find it and reached out to our host. He said the owner threw it away because it was broken and did not replace it. The host was told to get us a charcoal grill (but not to get us lighter fluid because we wouldn't need it. However, the host did get us lighter fluid). The lawn chairs were all in bad shape. Also, the house was not as clean as they would lead you to believe. We had to wash all the utensils on the counter and several dishes before we could use them. The light fixtures/fans were covered in dust and the railing in the stairwell is loose. All the negatives aside, the house was in a great location, the island is awesome and the weather was perfect. (Just to clarify, there were four of us in the house (two couples). We have traveled together for 14 years and this is the first time we have written a negative review. We just felt for the price we paid we should have been able to use the amenities they advertised!)

The kind of place that makes you think about buying a place

This was a perfect spot for us - mom, dad, 2 boys (13 and 9). We are divers, so it was nice having lots of space to spread out gear to dry. Great location - walking distance to Cane Bay beach and all the associated restaurants (and Sweetwater Dive Shop), 15 minutes from Frederiksted, about the same to Christiansted. Great layout, well appointed kitchen, plenty of extra towels, AC units worked great. Host was very responsive leading up to trip. Would absolutely stay here again.

Best location on the island

We had a wonderful stay at Cliffside. The location was perfect for our family as we enjoyed the more remote feel of Cane Bay. It’s a short walk to the beach and the Cane Bay restaurants. Christiansted and Frederiksted are both about a 20 min drive. The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the views and the sound of the ocean on the rocks below. The layout of the house is nice with the main living upstairs to enjoy the views and each bed with a private bathroom. The only minor things to note are that the only king bed is in the blue room (other beds are queens including the primary bedroom with the canopy) and the water in the pool was below filtering level so we didn’t use the pool. Overall we were very happy with our stay and feel lucky we picked this location for our first time to St Croix.

2nd wonderful stay at this property

The house is just as advertised.This was our 2nd stay and we will more than likely go back again next year. Location to the beach and the "Landing" bar and restaurant are with in walking distance. Earl, the property manager is very responsive to any questions or issues you may have. The people are so nice and friendly in this area as well, we just love it here.

Great vacation in St. Croix

The location and home were wonderful - walking distance to the beach and restaurants. During our stay one of the air conditioning units stopped working and was never fixed so this is the only negative thing about our stay. The view from the house is beautiful and the sound of the ocean amazing.

This should have been a wonderful stay the house was very nice and the view was wonderful, but a big problem. The pool was broken a 2 1/2 foot drop in level and would not hold water. this was a major reason we picked this house.We had to find another property which was very diffacult on short notice. Vrbo was not very helpful. the owner said he would give us a full refund but don't think Vrbo send it or credited our account.Booked another house with Vrbo only to find out that it was already rented and unavailable.Booked another house 3rd try. house was not ready and had to be cleaned. The on island person was off island for some medical reason but worked hard to find someone to clean the property. This took another day after we had left the first property, so had to book a hotel for the night. So after 5 days of my vacation, we were finally in a home and could start to relax.Sandy

Wonderful stay

We had a great stay at Cliffside. Six adults and one infant. House is in a great location, was very clean and had all the things we needed for the baby ( pak n play, high chair, and a nice “play pen”). A few very minor issues which were quickly addressed by Earl. Everyone had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

Cliffside at Cane Bay

Beautiful location! On the cliffs, walking distance to AMA and Off the Wall beach bar! Breakfast trucks were great to walk to. Very close to The Landing and Cane Bay Beach. House was perfect size for our visit over Christmas holiday. Owner provided a Christmas tree and foyer lights! So pretty! Kitchen had all we needed to cook. Two eyes on stove didn’t work. Kitchen door was bolted closed. The gate malfunctioned continually , as we had to get out and pull it to get it to close automatically. One parking place. Big beautiful House needs updating, completely new linens needed with updating bedroom furniture and sofa and would be so beautiful if that was done. Has all you need , but dated. Great pool! Tons of beach items and pool toys . We enjoyed our stay ! Concierge Phillip and Manager Earl were very responsive to all emails and requests !!! Review wasn’t allowing me to see each item but I had to rate the separate areas so I gave it a 4 overall. Location is a 5, cleanliness was 3…. Kitchen wasn’t cleaned , and I had to clean and wipe down all counters . Cabinets need full cleaning. Air conditioning was super! Without seeing what I was rating , I marked all a 4 in order to submit this review. Great island house!

Awesome place

Our family really loved this place - it was perfect. The location near Cane Bay was wonderful as we were only a short walk to one of the best snorkeling spots on the island. Being able to walk to 4 different, and all good, restaurants was great as well, as was being centrally located on the island. The home itself was spectacular and had everything you would ever need for a great vacation. The pool was perfect after a long day of exploring the island, and nothing can match the view from the balconies, and the sound of the waves below. Earl was great and very responsive to any questions we had; and it was wonderful having someone meet us at the airport to show us the way to the house. Everything with this home was perfect, and we look forward to returning the next time we visit St. Croix!!

Easter Stay

This property was absolute perfection. From the location, the sunset view, the waves crashing, everything you can imagine stocked for you while there, the promptness of responses from the host, the peaceful pool, the spaciousness, and proximity to several fabulous restaurants….. we hit the VRBO jackpot. It was amazing in every single way. We had a wonderful time and only wish we had longer than the 6 nites spent there to stay.

Amazing place to get away from it all

We had a lovely week exploring St. Croix with Cane Bay as our home base. The villa is well stocked with everything we needed for sleeping, swimming, cooking our own meals, hitting the beach, and more. We enjoyed the variety of iguanas, hermit crabs, lizards, and geckos that would saunter by as we soaked in the private pool after a day out. The host was responsive and flexible to our changing travel plans and to an unforeseen maintenance issue that was quickly addressed. The Cane Bay beach is one of the nicest on the island with great opportunities for swimming, snorkeling, and building sandcastles. There are several restaurants in walking distance. Overall highly recommended! We hope to be back!

Great location

This is a great spot to stay even if you don't feel like exploring the rest of the island. It's by a great beach, a number of good restaurants/bars. There was an occasional breakfast food truck near the beach that was amazing. It's also just 20 minutes or so from either city area, and both places have all sorts of things to do. Highly recommend.

Amazing house! The view of ocean is incredible. We love the North Shore, and Cane bay is within walking distance, along with great places to eat, have cocktails, and dance. The pool was nice to sit and relax and soak up the sun.

Our stay at this property was perfect! The communication prior to arriving and throughout our stay was informative and quick. We really appreciated the concierge Phillip meeting us at the airport to guide us to the property and he let us stop at a grocery store on the way which was so convenient. The property was well appointed and maintained! It has everything you could possibly need, we definitely could’ve packed less! The location can’t be beat! Close to Cane Bay Beach and a few restaurants as well as a short drive to the Carambola Resort or golf course. The views and crashing waves were beautiful. We also liked that it was gated and had plenty of space for us to unwind and play games at the end of the day. It was perfect for our family and I highly recommend!

Awesome property

The property was huge, so close to cane bay beach (our favorite beach we visited). It’s right on the water and the views were beautiful. The property manager was so kind and attentive. Would definitely recommend this property!

graduation trip

Overall the property is very nice and has a great location. We were greeted at the airport by the concierge, Mr. Phillip, who was extremely nice and patient! When we arrived he gave us a tour of the house. We had a few inconveniences but nothing that was horrible. The house is tastefully decorated and great for a large group, very well stocked. However, when we arrived the pool was not clean, but the water was stained green with algae. Once we contacted the property manager it was shocked and cleaned within a couple of days. The upstairs main air conditioner unit was not working at all and again, once we contacted the property manager they were able to repair onsite the last day of our trip. The last thing was the water completely ran out on the last evening of our trip. Apparently, the cistern had run dry. The island had not had a lot of rain so they said they would need to order a water truck. Overall, we understand this is island living, and these things can happen. All in all, we had a great time and did not let the minor inconveniences ruin our trip.
