”The suite we stayed in really needs updating. The shower did not match the luxurious description on the website. The carpet was in need of replacement. I literally found a large, dead roach right by the foot of the bed upon check-in -- how was this missed by housekeeping? The tvs and remotes were very difficult to navigate and internet slow. I removed the top cover from the bed, as it appeared as though not washed and used sheets and a cotton blanket. The windows really needed cleaning and...

”The location couldn’t be beat. Walk out the door and you’re in the middle of colonial Williamsburg. The room while sufficient did not feel very private. You could hear every door close and person walking on the stairs. Parking was easy. I will definitely go back but probably pick a different style room.”
