”The staff was friendly enough, but the entire fourth floor smelled like weed and nothing was done about it; even though it is supposed to nonsmoking. The pool didn’t seem chlorinated at all- it was dirty and smelled bad. After swimming the first night, my son ended up very sick and we had to leave early. Unfortunately no refund or room credit for when we return, even with the weed smell overtaking the entire fourth floor and elevator. Grants Farm, Museum of Illusion and the Arch all were very...

”The property itself was maintained ok. It does need to be updated as the carpets and bathrooms are old. Our ceiling in the bathroom was peeling due to the humidity from the shower over the years. The carpet in the rooms and common areas is older. As for the staff everyone was nice and did what was expected of them. I would use this property again to stay as it’s walking distance from everything downtown.”
