”We had a great short break at The Cottage. It has everything you could need, kitchen very well equipped, comfortable bed and thoughtful touches such as the automatic nightlights. The location is very peaceful. We were very lucky on our arrival day that the weather was amazing and we had a lovely time sitting in the pretty, tranquil garden watching birds and butterflies and then listening to an owl once it went dark. Definitely coming back!”

”This break was superb. We were additionally blessed with the best Autumn weather I can recall. The accommodation is set in a wonderful garden, which is currently a celebration of seasonal colours ,and we were greeted by a very hospitable owner, who made us feel welcome and comfortable. A relaxed stay with ease of access to Hereford ,and we were spared any rains and fords.”

”Our stay was brilliant. To begin, the location and view were beautiful with the mountains and sheep in the fields surrounding the lodge. The lodge was great, had everything we needed for our stay. The hot tub was AMAZING. The small touches like the fresh milk and welcome hamper were unexpected but lovely. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.”

”This has been our second stay at this location, although this time we stayed at Highland view. the reason we came back is because of the large fenced garden area with wire mesh so the dog can be let loose without a worry. Bed was very comfy with clever storage underneath, hot tub was perfect, and the caravan seems new and well kept. Excellent views as well and we will definitely come again! ”Very nice cottage with beautiful gardens. The beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was great. The owner provided tea, coffee and milk, which was a very nice touch as we arrived very late. Would definitely stay again.”

”If you are looking to book a short stay or even a few weeks at the Stables you will not be disappointed. From the moment we walked into the building it took our breath away. My advice, as you enter just breathe in. The smell of the place is outstanding. It is so clean you can smell the fresh wood. The interior is beautiful, the open plan is welcoming and Sue has thought about absolutely everything to ensure you have the perfect stay. You want a great night rest? ”The views are stunning, the local town is lovely. The first look of badgers view we were so excited. Then we entered to hut. It didn’t smell clean, the floors were dirty luckily there was a broom there so I could sweep up the last guests dirt. The kitchen is in much need of a make over, the sides are in awful condition, the fridge is cracked, the floor is all over the place, it’s starting to dip. The floor boards are starting to come apart this is due to the damp. The whole kitchen looked dirty....
