”Overall very nice and stylish but expensive hotel. Still worth the money. The room was spotless and very spacious in japanese standards. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options. The gym and the pool were free and in excellent condition. The japanese bath house was a nice experience. We used the concierge service a couple of times and got the best service.”

”What an excellent hotel! We had the most beautiful little apartment with amazing view. There was a jacuzzi in the bathroom, and a japanese room which especially our two year old loved. Staff of the hotel is very friendly and the breakfast tasty. Location isn't perfect if you wish to walk to downtown.”

”This was the most beautiful and luxurious hotel I've ever stayed in. The facilities were excellent, the staff were attentive and friendly. My favorite thing about my stay was the room itself and the amenities in the room. The bathroom (shared shower and large soaking tub) was a treat, especially the aromatic bath salts after a long flight. I hope to return to Kobe and stay here again!”

”Extravagant and pompous. Despite being relatively modern, the hotel feels dated due to perhaps some desire for old times luxyry. Huge in size and very crowded. The room was literally minutes away from the front desk. Superior twin room was spacious for local standards and impeccably clean. Breakfest buffet seems to favor quantity of varieties over quality. We did like the cat-robot collecting used dishes though. Restaurants appear hugely overpriced concidering the alternatives in the...

”I had a wonderful stay at the St. Regis! The staff was super accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great! The premises were clean and so was our room. The food was great (I ate at the bar, the restaurant, and the breakfast station downstairs). Everything was amazing and I will definitely be coming back when I return to Osaka. ”
