”Room was very clean. Minor maintenance issues, cabinet door broken, tv never worked. Adjoining room and door thin so could her every noise from room next door which isn't great for light sleeper. The hotel staff was friendly at all times. Lobby and hotel grounds very clean. My experience with breakfast wasn't great but may be an isolated issue. Stale waffles and pastries. I was there very early in am so likely they were left over from previous days and not at all fresh. Overall a good hotel...

”Carpeting throughout the building appears old, uneven and smelly The wall air conditioner has dials that are broken and fall out when used… we complained and were told that there was a separate wall control for the unit The bed pillows are very lumpy and uncomfortable On the other hand everyone was very nice and breakfast was great ”

”The room was not very clean, the shower was dirty and the drain was clogged and drained very slowly. The shower control does not operate very well and the water pressure is low. During my stay i requested my room to be serviced with clean sheets and clean towels. This did not get done. ”

”The hotel was nice. I felt very safe and welcome. Everyone was quiet and we never had a problem with neighbors or noises. The room was not as clean as I would have hoped, with sticky pink spots on the counter (maybe from juice?) and hairs in the bathroom. Additionally, the flashing light on the fire alarm was on the ceiling and very bright and annoying. Kept myself, my husband and infant from sleeping well- I know the alarm is needed, but can we change how bright those lights are??also the bed...

”The building is nice and new. The room was clean. Breakfast was mediocre, they ran out of eggs and when I asked for more they brought so little that it was enough for about 3-4 people. They put us up on the first floor and it was very loud every night past midnight. The location is good, across from the waterpark. If you go there, opt out of breakfast and ask for a room on a higher floor. ”
