”If you’re looking for a peaceful little getaway, I can’t recommend The Ruby Hotel enough. It’s the perfect blend of cute, charming, and relaxing. From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere just feels calm and welcoming. The rooms are thoughtfully designed with a cozy, boutique feel, and the views of the creek are absolutely beautiful—especially in the morning with a cup of coffee or in the evening with a glass of wine as the sun goes down. It’s one of those places where you can truly slow down...

”The room was not very clean, the shower was dirty and the drain was clogged and drained very slowly. The shower control does not operate very well and the water pressure is low. During my stay i requested my room to be serviced with clean sheets and clean towels. This did not get done. ”

”No toilet paper in bathroom only 2 towels when the rooms sleeps 4?? ”

”The building is nice and new. The room was clean. Breakfast was mediocre, they ran out of eggs and when I asked for more they brought so little that it was enough for about 3-4 people. They put us up on the first floor and it was very loud every night past midnight. The location is good, across from the waterpark. If you go there, opt out of breakfast and ask for a room on a higher floor. ”

”The carpet on the way to the room was disgusting. It was filthy, with dirt embedded in the carpet, a stained white washcloth on the floor, and bits of trash scattered about. ”

”Room was very clean. Minor maintenance issues, cabinet door broken, tv never worked. Adjoining room and door thin so could her every noise from room next door which isn't great for light sleeper. The hotel staff was friendly at all times. Lobby and hotel grounds very clean. My experience with breakfast wasn't great but may be an isolated issue. Stale waffles and pastries. I was there very early in am so likely they were left over from previous days and not at all fresh. Overall a good hotel...
