"Decent but expensive for what it is. Not the cleanest but not terrible. No breakfast, just a coffee machine. Lobby bathroom out of order and laundry machines out of order. Bathroom wasn't super clean (there was hair in the tub.) AC works good but very loud. All in all, it is the best hotel in Larned ..."

"Very comfortable and clean. Slept great. Host has thought of so many items that made our stay convenient. Plenty of parking and two bathrooms is a plus. Host was available for our questions. Would stay again. Nice stop if traveling route 54/56"

"Mary Ellen was vey responsive in our communications. The house had very nice appliances and all items we needed for using the kitchen. One note was that the designated queen bed, may have actually been a double bed, and was soft for my liking. The bathroom had nice features and loved the shower!"
