”Initially I got a small and hot room which the aircon is not strong enough to cool it. The hotel immediately offer me another better room. The staff is professional and helpful. Overall, I have enjoyed the room and services during my stay there.”

”It was such a uniquely designed hotel and even though it is not in town, it doesn't take to long to order a grab ride to go out and in. The only thing that could be improved on is if the shared kitchen area was better equipped with soap, paper towels, and dishes to use.”

”The room was very clean and had been recently painted - this was obvious due to the paint splashes on the floor and net curtains. It is also single glazing so even on the 11th floor outside noises can be heard. There is also no international power points or USB ports in the room but the staff were very helpful in getting an adapter for the room. The location is in a residential area so grab / taxi is needed to get to Ipoh’s points of interest. ”

”The room is clean and their staff were very helpful, e.g find a room near to lift lobby when they found out my mum has mobility issues. Special mention to the malay male staff who is on morning shift during our stay.”

”at the check in , 1. reception unable to find my booking . it take her a while to find it. only has one staff attending to one big grp check in Hotel room 1. House cleaning - checked in with room no towel n toilet roll. 2. Internet connection - not working at all despite inform the reception 3. Aircon started to leaked at 2nd night ( room 110) ”

”The hotel seems to be designed for couple getaways. As a solo business traveler I felt awkward and was given a room right by the check-in counter. The biggest issue I faced was at checkout when 4-5 staff descended on the room to 'check' it and a couple minutes later a young man came out waving the white bed-sheet showing me a blue marker stain! I travel a lot and I don't remember ever taking a marker to bed! They were trying to extract an extorted 'tip' I guess because as soon as I took a...

”The staff is very nice but you need give RM100 Cash deposit to check in. The deposit will refund upon check if no damage on the room or spilt any stuffs in the room. There will remind you via whatapp on delay on check out for an hour charge you RM50”

”Plus point: location is good. Near to recreational area (Padang Polo where a lot food stall available in the afternoon) and can access to many other places easily. Minus: Limited parking breakfast was so-so (better don't include breakfast in your booking).”
